Overall I really like this product as a dietitian. I like that it is a smaller bar and provides 12 G protein. I really like the nutrition and the ingredient list being pretty short. The taste is good - not my favorite protein bar for the flavor but I really like how clean it is and does taste good yet.

This is my first time trying these bars and I give both flavors a 10/10. The texture is so soft and creamy. The flavor is great especially the chocolate mint chip. I enjoyed that flavor the most. The size of the bar is very reasonable. I used it as a pre workout snack before my workout and I really had the energy I needed after eating the bar. I love the macros on the bar and how filling it is for a snack. I definitely recommend these bars to any athlete or if you just love protein bars like I do.

I was able to try both flavors and preferred the chocolate sea salt over the chocolate mint chip. The consistency was similar to a cosmic brownie and really tasted sweet for only having one gram of sugar. Overall I really liked and will be repurchasing for a go to snack!

Finding a good protein bar that vegan well-being, soy free and not full of artificial sweeteners can be pretty difficult and they also taste great but IQ bars does just that Sophie, soy free, vegan friendly and keto with no artificial sweeteners and they taste absolutely great the mint chocolate chip is my favorite the chocolate seesaw caramel is great too. It's great for a grab and go lunch or an on the go breakfast.

IQ Bar 12 Bar Variety Pack, not what I expected. 6 chocolate sea salt and 6 chocolate mint chip bars are not chocolate candy bars. These taste more nutty than chocolate. A good source of protein, low sugar and carbs. Main ingredient is almonds. Pros: good protein. Filling snack. Cons: strange taste and aftertaste. Expensive.

This was my first time trying this brand & I was pleasantly surprised. First off it was moist, often times protein bars are not & exceptionally dry. I was also expecting an odd aftertaste but that wasn't the case either. I also love that it's 12g of protein & 1g of sugar which is how good should be. Great for on the go.

Unfortunately these bars do have an odd flavor to them that is not pleasing to me. The smell is very on point for Mint chocolate chip but the texture and flavor are not to my liking. The chocolate sea salt was a little better but I would not purchase these again. These bars have a very chalky flavor, texture.

I purchased the 12 bar variety pack from IQ BAR and was pretty happy with the overall quality. Taste and texture was pretty good - texture reminded me of cookie dough. The chocolate mint chip was pretty solid, I'd lean to adding more mint flavor though. The chocolate sea salt reminded me of a brownie and the salt wasn't too overbearing. The two things that would make me hesitant to purchase again would be the price for how much protein I'm getting. Would like to see closer to 20g per bar.

Upon receiving the IQ bars for smart mouth variety pack my first thought is the packaging looks very modern and interesting. I chose to try the chocolate mint chip first. I like the density of the bar. it has a rich chocolate taste with the mint taste not being too over-powering. I like that the ingredients are good for the body.

Read the reviews and thought it would be good. Taste was not good, the small bits just stuck to my teeth. Was going to return but was unable as to Sam's policy, even though I had just received. Had a family member try but they had the same opinion, so just pitched the rest.
