The IQ Bar Chocolate Sea Salt and Chocolate Mint Chip flavors offer a nice balance of taste and nutrition. The Chocolate Sea Salt has a rich cocoa flavor with a hint of salt that makes it satisfying without being too sweet. The Chocolate Mint Chip has a refreshing minty taste with a smooth texture, though the chocolate flavor is more subtle. Both bars are packed with protein and brain-boosting ingredients, making them a great on-the-go snack. The texture is a bit dense, but they're filling and made with clean ingredients, which is a big plus.

I have to say, I was a bit mixed on them. The Chocolate Sea Salt bar has a good sweet salty combo that really hits the spot, but the texture was unexpectedly chewy and a bit dense, making it harder to enjoy. the Chocolate Mint flavor was refreshing, but it felt a little too artificial for my taste, which was a letdown. Overall, while they're convenient and packed with protein, I think I'd prefer other options for protein bars.

I tried both the Chocolate Sea Salt and the Chocolate Mint Chip and loved both the flavor and texture of both. The Chocolate Sea Salt is like a dark chocolate and the Chocolate Mint Chip is exactly what it sounds like, nice chocolate mint flavor. I've been looking for more snacks with higher protein; these have 12 grams of protein and they taste good! I'm tickled about finding these.

My teenage daughter and I both tried these. She did not like them at all, but I've had this sort of food before and know what to expect. I thought the chocolate mint chip was a solid "Good!", and the regular chocolate was good enough to eat. I'll use them as a snack at work. The health benefits far outweigh any hesitation I have with the flavor, so they will be all eaten. They just have that unnaturally sweetened flavor in them that my daughter doesn't like.

I love this variety pack! Both of these flavors are great. I really like the low carb and sugar count of these and they are not too many calories so this can be just a quick snack. Protein is also good with 12 grams. Ingredient list makes me feel good about eating these as well, no crazy ingredients that I don't know!

The Chocolate Mint Chip IQ bar has a good mint presence. Can't really detect the "chip" or their flavor. It has a nice chew. Definitely need a cup of coffee to wash it down. The Chocolate Sea Salt has a good fudgey taste. Not as overpowering as the mint. I like the limited ingredients. Love the added, lions mane, and they have a fair amount of fiber at 8g per bar.  Also like that they aren't sticky.

IQ Bars are delicious! each car has 12 g of plant protein and only two nut carbs in one gram of sugar making them keto friendly they say they're high and maybe stamp in vitamins making them an excellent source of additional newspression and they're complete protein and fiber they're great tasting and it's awesome because they have no of those yucky out of sugars that are bad for you they're excellent tasting I would highly recommend them they're great for on the call on the way to work on the way to school or pick me up after a hard workout

Has become a go-to grab n go snack in our family. Love the benefit of the protein and brain nutrients to keep us from snacking otherwise on other junk. Also doesn't have the taste of some other "healthy" bars, these both are pretty good. I prefer the mint chocolate one if you're fan of mint chocolate chip ice cream.

This protein bar delivers when it comes to the macronutrients. 12 grams of protein for 1 gram of sugar is amazing. The chocolate flavor is not too overpowering. You can't taste the sea salt in it unfortunately. Overall great protein bar. Would buy again.
