These IQ BAR bars are excellent, the two flavors they come with are delicious, 12 g of protein, 1 g of sugar and 2 g of carbs is a magnificent combination. They come with 12 bars, enough for the price paid, I have recommended them to my family and friends, my wife and I are delighted with them.

The IQ bar variety pack is a great deal for on the go snacks. It has a good nutritional value and great taste. I loved the minty fresh flavor and aftertaste of the mint chocolate chip bar. The chocolate sea salt bar tasted fairly good but I did not taste the sea salt in it.

I've never tried this brand previously so I was extra excited to try a protein bar from a new company. I liked the chocolate sea salt quite a bit ! doesn't have a gross protein taste it's a tad chewy but most are. find it as a really yummy snack . personally I'm not a mint person but my husband really enjoyed the mint flavor and said he'd start bringing them to work . I'd take that as a delicous win.

I found some of the 1 star reviews hilarious. I didn't know that the epicurean connoisseurs that shop at Sams club ate "tree Bark" "bandy" (that is how they spelled it) "plants" "dirt" and are so immature that they stated they "spit it out." I guess they consider themselves the experts but I think they got carried away with their negative reviews. this is NOT a childs treat of Pop Tarts that have 71 carbs and 370 calories per serving. It's a treat (2-3 carbs depending on which flavor and 160-170 calories per bar) for people watching their intake of carbs due to dietary restrictions and wanting to have a snack that isn't going to send their blood sugars through the roof. I agree on the texture being like a soft middle section of a brownie. but then who wants to have to maneuver the bar to their molars like a hard granola bar and hope they don't crack a tooth or dislodge a filling on the granola bar? The taste does resemble the peanut butter, Chocolate mint and chocolate sea salt, but it is NOT over powering. just a non invasive hint and does not leave an after taste. It's a treat to actually have something that is low in carbs that isn't insanely expensive like other low carb treats. try them for yourself, make your own decision. I think you might be pleasantly pleased.

I tried the chocolate sea salt variety and loved the flavor. I have not enjoyed plant protein items in the past, so I was so happy to find that the flavor of this bar was so good. The texture was a little bit chalky, I would prefer something more moist. There was an aftertaste that was more reminiscent of the plant protein flavor that I'm not the most fond of. Overall, a very enjoyable product that I would purchase again!

I tried both the Chocolate Sea Salt and the Chocolate Mint Chip and loved both the flavor and texture of both. The Chocolate Sea Salt is like a dark chocolate and the Chocolate Mint Chip is exactly what it sounds like, nice chocolate mint flavor. I've been looking for more snacks with higher protein; these have 12 grams of protein and they taste good! I'm tickled about finding these.

IQ Bars are delicious! each car has 12 g of plant protein and only two nut carbs in one gram of sugar making them keto friendly they say they're high and maybe stamp in vitamins making them an excellent source of additional newspression and they're complete protein and fiber they're great tasting and it's awesome because they have no of those yucky out of sugars that are bad for you they're excellent tasting I would highly recommend them they're great for on the call on the way to work on the way to school or pick me up after a hard workout

I love this variety pack! Both of these flavors are great. I really like the low carb and sugar count of these and they are not too many calories so this can be just a quick snack. Protein is also good with 12 grams. Ingredient list makes me feel good about eating these as well, no crazy ingredients that I don't know!
