Excellent for making shrimp scampi and other pasta dishes

I live very close to the Caribbean and want to support local fishermen, this is a good product it is not soft and mushy like some of the others and I use it for ceviche. I do cook my ceviche very slightly I bring water to a boil pour in shrimp that have thought on the counter for an hour bring it back to 180° and then turn it off they are not overcooked and they are delicious

We used to buy the wild caught Argentinian red shrimp, but these smell so much less "fishy" than the kind from Argentina.

Shrimp were a good size and very clean. Only found minimal shell and vein on them. I used for my annual shrimp corn crab soup. It is an expensive recipe so I love to have all quality ingredients

I always buy the local shrimp. This shrimp is from Lake Charles. It is tasty and decent sized. It's a nice and quick meal just to boil some for dinner .

Excellent, very pleased. I gre up on the coast where we were fortunate to get fresh shrimp from way out in the gulf. My search is always for good tasting gulf shrimp. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this shrimp in taste and texture. I know there is always that off chance with anything caught, it might taste differently. My experience was 5 star.
