I bought my Vitamix A 2500 about a month ago and I use it every day. I love the smoothie and soup feature and I chop veggies for salads.

Blender have to use the stick to help blend

No it did not go well. I just purchased it 3 months ago for my health issues used it four times and it will not even come on. I started using this machine for my business and now everything is halted.
I am VERY disappointed and threw out my old one before purchasing this so I am really inconvenienced. I would like a full refund or another machine overnighted to me.

We needed to upgrade our blender from an old hand-me-down and was also looking for a food processor when Vitamix said they could do both. After a lot of research we decided to get this model with the additional food processor accessory, and couldn't be happier.
