I'm unable to turn on the cameras. I've pressed the reset bottom for different lengths of time and they do not come on. So unable to add these devices. Will try customer service again in another hour.

My first one went offline, I haven't figured out what is going wrong with it yet. Decided to install a new one for now. The previous one worked great.

Only have my Energizer cameras (2) for 10 days or so. Got them running & working from the Energizer Connector app on my mobile phone. Need to learn a lot more about how to effectively use them.

I have has to do this installation on my right mental state because I had to reset it ,I'm giving 3 stars for right now and even because the warranty page came up and such didn't before.

Nice! Especially when there’s no subscription to pay, like Ring!

Very difficult to get it restarted once it goes off-line

I love Having my camera and porch light being the same easy set up works great

Works well had trouble reconnecting after switching wifi but still good

Confusing, wondering if I made the right choice for security purposes.

Terminology in instructions don't sound like or work with quick guide
