The first coffeemaker wouldn't brew. The second coffeemaker took repeated pressing of the brew button, then drained water on my counter after the brew cycle finished. Yuck!! No more! This model definitely has problems!!

Really like the brew speed and temperature of coffee. Also love the dual choice of one cup or more and being able to use my own grounds instead of buying expensive pods all the time for one cup.

This machine works great. We make a carafe of coffe in the morning and it makes a great pot. In the late afternoon, we make a quick pod for a pick me up.

2 in 1 nice option, directions are not clear and a bit confusing, the bold option is great.Filling the single cup water reservoir is a bit to small and the location is not great for easy access.

Good coffee maker, but the single side decides to work only sometimes. Then we have to reset it, twist the knob to different settings, all sorts of things to get it to work.
