Love the unit in general. A few items I would like to see changed. How to turn off the beep sounds when the pot is finished. Allow the use of the "Bold" feature when programming a pot to be brewed with the timer and the pod settings. The pod water temp needs to be hotter. Otherwise, the unit works very well and makes a delicious pot of coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffee maker! Easy to use and my coffee tastes great. It brews just a little slower but that's why the coffee tastes better. It fits under my kitchen cupboards perfectly, slides easily on the counter top, and isn't overly wide.

Really nice machine, an incremental update (upgrade?) from previous versions. Convenience of both types is fantastic. The good: for pods it has multiple selection of sizes, coffee tastes great from both sides, and makes it very quickly. Areas where if addressed I would give it 5 stars: permanent filter lets through grinds still. Using paper ones eliminates it (for 10cups+). Lesser Cuisinart models allow to mute the beeping that coffee is ready or when heating plate timer turns off - why not have this feature here? And last, I'm still waiting for wifi/bluetooth connection and an app to control my coffeemaker. Cuisinart - you must have this already!

I've had 3-4 Keurig's before this Cuisinart and wish I had bought the Cuisinart years ago. This coffee maker is great. The single cup lets you choose 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 oz while the coffee carafe side allows for making ice coffee (although that just means you put ice in the carafe and then choose how many cups of coffee you want to drip into the ice). Well worth the cost!

The cuisinart carafe side is awesome as all cuisinart coffeemakers are. However the keurig side hasn’t worked from the first day. No water. Water exploding through the keurig cups. This is my third keurig carafe combo I brought and none of them worked properly. But this is the first one that didn’t work from day 1

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought this and set it up. Single serve side would not work at all. Took it back and exchanged it for another one of the same. Set it up and the single serve again wouldn’t even turn on. The full pot side worked no problem. Returned it again, this time for a refund. Don’t waste your money.

Better than expected. The only minor problem would be the refillable cup that you put your own coffee in the lid looks like in time the plastic tab holding the lid will break off. Also my old coffee maker would go up to 14 cups this one goes up to 12 cups. Other than that the coffee maker has been working great

This replaced a previous Cuisinart coffee pot without the single serve. The single serve leaked when I made the first cup and made me very upset. I have to watch when I make a single serve so that it does not leak. Was disappointed in this coffee pot.

I love the concept of a 12 cup pot and individual cups also! I use my coffee maker every AM I am at home. Even have an old Cuisinart in the attic for the times my current pot decides to stop working. Went through a time where every pot I purchased, returned and got a replacement had problems with the on off button. I notice with this SS series the button is more substantial! Fingers crossed that this is the key.

Love my new 2 in 1 Cuisinart Coffee maker. I make a small pot of 6 cups first thing in the morning for my wife and myself. I have only one cup of regular coffee my wife has 2. For my second cup I use a Decaf K-cup. I've been cutting back on regular coffee and this is a very covenant way to do it.
