This unit replaced my previous model. That unit had the kcup on the right and the pot on left. The new unit is much more user friendly for us right-handers. Easy to refill reservoir and no spills. Improved controls make it easy to use. I have made about 50 pots and ran over 75 k-cups. Great coffee maker!

This is my second 2-IN-1 Coffeemaker from Cuisinart. The first served for several years and finally just gave out. I love the convenience of being able to choose between a pot and a pod, and the 12-oz option is a plus. My only comments are these: (1) The "pod" side of the machine feels flimsy when operated. Hope it lasts, but every time I push the lid down I almost expect it to break. (2) I wish there were a better way to fill the water receptacle for the carafe. Water tends to stray unless you are SUPER slow and careful while filling. Still, it's a great machine that has way more positives than negatives. I would recommend it.

This two in one coffee maker is AMAZING! I received it as a Christmas gift, and told my mother in law i didn't want a machine with a pod coffee maker. She got me one anyways and I am so glad she did! Love that I have the option for either a pot of coffee or a cup!

The coffeemaker does what it’s supposed to do. It looks great and has a nice (small) footprint. However…the markings on the unit and on the coffee pot are next to impossible to read for anyone with even a slight sight deficiency. I had difficulty even when using a flashlight (caused a glare). I’ve been using a measuring cup to measure water for the carafe. I’ve decided this is ridiculous. I will, unfortunately, be returning the unit and looking for another brand, with clear markings. I hope Cuisinart will make the marking darker, providing more contrast, in the future, as I am otherwise a fan of their products.

This is, by far, the best coffee machine I have owned. The brews are consistent and hot. I appreciate the flip down little tray for the pod side that raises the cup so there is no splashing from brewing and you just flip it back up when using a travel mug plus, it looks great and saves space. PSA, pay attention when the "clean" indicator light comes on. I didn’t and the carafe side stopped working. My fault and i biughr the exact same model to replace it...I liked this machine that much.

It’s a beautiful coffee maker. It works great other than being slightly messy. The k cup section spatters a little and the pot section where you put the grounds in gets a little messy. It’s not bad you wipe it clean pretty easy. We enjoy it and have used it almost every day since we got it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I bought this about 6 months ago. Looks sleek in our kitchen and brewed coffee great! It worked nicely until about one ago when the brewing would just ‘stop brewing’. We have maintained the equipment as suggested and used all products as normal. Today, unfortunately brewing never happened. We did everything we could think of to reset the coffee maker but our coffee pot never did brew. As of today, 8/1/26 we have a very expensive K-pod machine and we are disappointed in our.

This is a terrible product! I purchased two of them. The first one leaked, and the second one the pod side didn't work. I liked the looks of the product but unfortunately these coffee makers are very poorly constructed, and no one is doing any quality control. I will steer clear of all things Cuisinart and make sure I inform my family and friends to do the same. You used to be a reputable company...what happened?

I purchased this coffee maker due to the longevity of my previous one (7 yrs). Easy to maintain, displays nicely on counter and every cup whether cup or carafe is well brewed. Previous coffee makers, different brand and very pricey, did not last and coffee varied in dispense and flavor. Very happy with my now second purchase

Live the coffee maker. Quickly makes really great ,hot coffee. It did take a call to the help line to get the single side going. I bought my mom one and had the same issue. I could not remember all the steps, so I called help line again. This time the person wasn't really sure how to solve the problem. But she was very nice and said she would send out a new machine. Very nice customer service on both calls. There were several key thing that had to be done to get the single side going that are not included in the instruction booklets. Once you get it going, it's a great coffee! Very satisfied.
