My first Cuisinart coffee maker leaked water the whole time I had it for 12 years.This time I decided to be proactive and actually used the warranty if I had a problem with my new one. And sure enough I had a problem with it. Hopefully this replacement will last and not malfunction.

Absolutely LOVE this coffee maker! I use it equally both ways. Sometimes I set the pot so it’s ready when I get up for work, and other times I choose the re-usable pod and ground coffee for one mug on-the-go. Also, I am a die hard brewed coffee fan—never loved an k-cup—however the pod brews consistently great coffee! It’s hot and wonderful either way! I’m a return Cuisinart customer after trying another brand in between and I am so glad I came back! Completely satisfied!

First, Cuisinart simply makes good products. This is well designed right down to the details like the small plastic nub that makes lifting the lid off the water reservoir easier. Small footprint. Rich, smooth coffee delivered. Use pods or ground coffee for single cups, with a fold up shelf to avoid splatter. Easy controls. I had to give up espresso and latte at this price point but I love this machine. Two little quibbles: the water reservoir needs frequent refilling (keeps the overall size streamlined) and the “over ice” could use a bolder brew setting. But my favorite of all the coffee makers I’ve had at home.

Disappointed

I was so excited to receive this coffee maker, I had been looking for awhile for a stylish 2 in 1 coffee maker. The first one came and we started using it right away, loved it! Pot of coffee brewed so fast and was hot! The disappointment came when I had company and they wanted tea. I went to make them a cup on the pod side and it didn't work. No lights lit up, I tried all the troubleshooting tips and yet nothing. So I returned it. They would not send a replacement until they received the returned one so I went a week with no coffee maker. Second one came and I immediately did a test run only to find the pod side did not work just like the last one. I couldnt believe it, being the name Cuisinart always stood for quality. I chose not to get another replacement, obviously there is a problem with this model and it's too expensive to risk having another work for a month then break as William and Sonoma only gives you 30 days on returns. Its been over a month since i ordered the 1st one, still no coffee maker or refund yet.

Very pleased with our new coffee maker. We had the previous version and the current is much better. First we didn't need to return the first one we received as we did before. Everything worked on this one. The current design is easier to fill with water. The cup choices have been expanded as have the hot plate. We like it.

This was purchased to replace my previous coffeemaker. We were intrigued by the single cup side. I have tested both features (single cup and full pot). Both brew a good cup of coffee. My only complaint is the carafe suffers from the same problem as its predecessor. It sometimes drip as you pour. This can be annoying. We are pleased with the coffeemaker

I absolutely love coffee. This 2 in 1 coffee pot not only takes up less space on my countertop; it also makes the best coffee I’ve ever had. The Coffee Center is very well assembled and provides Hot and well measured coffee from the Pod side and makes a very good cup of coffee on the carafe side. The Pod reservoir should be larger. The reservoir is very handy and easy to fill. The Pod area could use a more leverage to allow easier closing of the Pod door. Overall I am very happy with the Coffee Center and am happy to have purchased this Cuisiart item, I would recommend it over the competition.

I’m returning the coffee maker, unfortunately. I bought it for all the great features, but have had difficulties from day one. It drips, the finish is already looking bad, the pod works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. Too much work trouble shooting when all we want is a cup of coffee!
