I got this for Christmas and love it! This replaces the Keurig we had that was also a 2-in-1. We only kept the Keurig for one year, and that was pushing it. We are very happy with this Cuisinart. Brewed coffee is delicious and easy to clean. I was wondering how the single serve was going to be, but it tastes just as good. The only thing I don't 100% like is when I'm using the single serve, it comes out kind of slow so therefore splatters a lot. Also, we use the tumblers for coffee to go, and this doesn't accommodate the taller 12-ounce insulated tumblers very well. Also, there are two water reservoirs. If it were possible to have one, that would be most ideal. I guess that wouldn't be possible given how the machine brews, as opposed to the Keurig that brews what you tell it. Conventional coffee makers brew how much water is put into the reservoir. There is no window to see how much water is in the single-serve reservoir. I would give this 4.5 stars, if possible, so had to give it 4.

I've been waiting to purchase this coffee maker for a while now and am so glad I finally did! On busy mornings I can do a quick single cup and on weekends brew a pot of coffee. I also love this for when I have company. My coffee tastes so much better than the previous k cup only machine I had.

Don't waste your money on this coffeemaker. We've had Cuisinart models for years with minimal issues, but wanted a dual coffeemaker. Right out of the box (after cleaning), the single cup side of this is totally dysfunctional. It sprays everywhere. Yes, I cleaned it out. I did all the things. Two out of every three cups are filled with grounds and spraying. The carafe side - no issues. I'm taking it back and already have a much cheaper dual coffeemaker that works like a dream. Cuisinart, you've lost a customer for life.

It’s easy to use. The instructions are fairly clear and simple. I love the duality of a single cup or full pot option. That was what I was missing in my kitchen. I upgraded from a keurig when I needed a pot for a group. I like grinding my own coffee with the option of using it in either mode. It’s cumbersome to do that with more than one cup at a time as in the keurig. The only think I wish that it did was grind the beans too. Otherwise I think it’s a great maker.

Great coffee maker & nice design! The only flaw is the flip shelf for the coffee cup/k-cup. For larger cups, they don't fit on the shelf & it's not easy to clean, as the k-cups splatter a lot. Resolve this & you have a super coffee maker. Thank you!

We do love the coffee maker overall. But the design for the caraffe, putting in and taking out off the hot plate is very rough. It does not slide in and out well at all. The piece that allows you to pull caraffe out while brewing does not engage and disengage well at all. Also, the design of the lid on the caraffe is poor. The two small tabs the lock the lid in place break off easily and it is not user-friendly to put on and take off. It does make good coffee and the k-pod works very well.

Nice combination of K cup and coffee pot. Not too fancy, but plenty of options for my basic morning coffee needs. Would have liked a larger reservoir for the Kcups and the ability to keep a pot of coffee warm while brewing individual cups at the same time. Otherwise I’m pleased with my new coffee maker.

Very happy with the coffeemaker. Only wish it had the 1-4 button like my old one. Works great and saves me so much space. . I will say that all the measurements online were incorrect for the height. Very happy it was shorter than stated for the one with the glass pot. We have it in a cabinet on a shelf that rolls out,

Perfect coffee maker when you're looking for a machine that makes both single serve and a pot when needed. Easy to use and has wonderful features such as adjustable carafe temperature for those that like your second cup to be as hot as the first one was. The BOLD brew makes it strong for those that like a strong brew, it also makes the lighter coffee blends stronger. The POD feature lets you select how many ounces you would like to brew with each pod. For those that love iced coffee that feature is also available. The only thing I would change would be to add a back light on the display screen and brighter markings on the water reservoir.

This was my third Cuisinart 2 in 1 model. My original model lasted for about 2 years & I loved it. Unfortunately the pod side stopped working & I picked up a new one. Unfortunately that one only lasted less than two months before it started leaking from the bottom then I purchased a new one & that started to leak the second time I used it. So disappointed in their quality. From what I read online it seems like leaking is a known issue, this is a problem, someone even wrote that a part was put it upside down? (oh I even tried to just rationalize it and say it must’ve just been because it was an older model, but it wasn’t.) Totally disappointed and frustrated - finally gave up and bought a Keurig. It’s been about three months with no issues. Unfortunately it only does K cups and I really liked being able to make a pot of coffee when we had company. Cuisinart get it together & maybe in a couple years, I’ll try again.
