Purchased this coffee maker $160.00, on 2/5/2025, today is March 30, 2025 and the pot will not turn on. What a big disappointment. This coffee pot had every feature i wanted, bold, auto on/off, tempature control, 12 cup, k-cup or caraffe, easy easy easy set up. To only get 7 weeks of great coffee IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Buyer beware, if you do buy it? purchase the warenty for the extra couple bucks.

Function, ease of use, style and size of this particular coffee system were all considered in this review. It produces a great cup of coffee. The choices between ice and hot coffee are a wonderful option. The hot plate keeps the coffee at an ideal temperature of your choice. I would have liked a higher space for a taller cup I use. That is not a problem if you just buy a shorter one. Overall, I am totally satisfied with this purchase.

We bought the Cuisinart coffee maker because of the previous products that we purchased and have enjoyed. The pot side of the coffee maker is working properly but the singe cup has not worked correctly since we purchased it. We contacted Cuisinart and they gave us steps to take correct the problem, but nothing has worked. This started from day one and at this time it still does not work correctly on the K-cup side of the coffee maker.

I purchased this coffee center about a month ago and I’m very pleased with it. I love the many features- especially the ability to brew cold coffee and hot. Perfect size for my counter - not too big. I’ve come to depend upon quality with Cuisanart and they really delivered.

This coffee maker has a life span of about 8 months even with regular cleaning and descaling it just stops working. Unfortunately the parts they must use to construct this are sub par at best. When it works it is great but life span is disappointing at best this is my second one. Good thing they stand behind the product to send a new one

The first few uses were a challenge - grounds in the pot, leaking water, etc - but once I figured out how to set the basket properly (and use the gold filter plus a paper filter) the issues went away. I replaced a 10+ year old Keurig with this and I love having both options.

We really love this coffee maker. We looked at many different coffee makers with a carafe and disposable cups and the footprint of this was not too large, gave us the most options for amount of water in the carafe and for the single use cups. I like that it has two different water reservoirs for both sides. We can set it to brew in the morning. It is easy to use and easy to clean.

Having owned the previous version of this coffeemaker if there were any nits about it they have ALL been resolved in this latest version. Cup holder to accommodate regular size coffee cups on the K-cup side. Ability to use the K-cup side and the carafe side simultaneously. Additional hour (4 hrs now) for warmer and three temperature modes. Water catch for when the carafe side is up the water drains back into the basin so its not wasted or all over the counter. An INCREDIBLE coffeemaker that is NOW even BETTER!! Great Job!!

My first coffee maker leaked, then started trying to brew even when it was turned off, then stopped working entirely after two weeks. Luckily we were able to return it and after two weeks the new one is still working, so in a few months maybe I can give it a better review if it keeps working.
