A full cup of coffee fast.

The pot is fine but the K-cup maker volume is not calibrated correctly when you want a 12oz cup of coffee you have to use 10oz's and 4oz's to fill it with a 10oz cup its 6oz's twice and so on. It kinda defeats the reason for using the K-cup side if speed is what you are looking for.

Very pleased with our new coffee maker. We had the previous version and the current is much better. First we didn't need to return the first one we received as we did before. Everything worked on this one. The current design is easier to fill with water. The cup choices have been expanded as have the hot plate. We like it.

Received this as a gift to replace my Cuisinart coffee maker and a Keurig. I was skeptical at first, but I love it. It has a lot of nice features and makes great coffee. It has permanently replaced the other two which has freed up valuable counter space. My only comment is that the water tank for the pods is small compared to the Keurig. I understand this due to the space considerations, but it does require noticeably more frequent refills.

Both sides of the machine have been working properly since we started using it about 3 weeks ago. I did have to loosen up a button on the K-cup side that sits under the part that lifts up to receive the cup, so -1 star for that issue which seems to be common.

Not only is this coffee pot a beautiful kitchen appliance but the taste of the coffee is great. I am impressed with a company who stands behind their product. The first one I bought had a flaw of some kind in the pod side. It was replaced with a new appliance and so far everything is working great.

Almost perfect

The redesigned Coffee Center is better than the SS-15 that it replaced. It is easier to fill the carafe side reservoir. The main drawback was attempting to use the brew setting on the carafe side. For the first week or so, we had to repeatedly hit the carafe button to get it to light up, and then the same with the brew button. Now, it only takes one touch for each.

Crappy Coffee Center

This was a Christmas present to replace our previous Cuisinart coffee maker (different one that lasted more than 2 years). I read many reviews and was hesitant to purchase this, due to the negative reviews. Well, I should have listened. Just 4 months of using, the coffee brewer stopped midstream. Using our common sense, we unplugged the whole maker plugged it back in and nothing. Still shows power to the maker, just that the coffee pot side would not start brewing. Also, prior to this the coffee grounds would overflow into the pot of coffee. Thinking that we were using too many, we would reduce the amount and it still would happen. It seems like the water pressure is too strong and makes the basket overflow. Now, when calling to utilize our warranty, they are making us clean the system with vinegar and water, to descale the system. Well, that didn't work either, the brewing system won't turn on. I registered our system to make sure that if something did happen we would be covered. This is so irritating and we normally like their products.

I like cuisinart products but i especially like this one. I like the 42 ounce water reservoir for the pods. I like the fact there is no grinder for whole beans as my previous one was very loud. It fits nicely under the counter. I like the fact it has a temperature control and a selection for bold coffee. It produces coffee faster

The machine was delivered and after 6-7 uses it was everything we wanted it to be. Unfortunately within 1 week during a thunderstorm, there was a lightening strike which blew oit the blue back light of the machine making it very difficult to see the settings. Not sure what my course of actuon will be at this time.
