The setup was easy and the controls are intuitive. Pleased with the charcoal water filters in both reservoirs and being able to load your own reusable k-cup lets you serve any size coffee and decrease waste from single use pods. I can’t wait to set this up in a dedicated coffee bar area so I can program it to brew before I wake up!

I love this coffeemaker! I bought the black one, it's worth it. This one does it all- I have the choice of anywhere from 4 to 12 ounces, I just turn the dial. This is a huge improvement from the earlier model. The buttons and programming capabilities are very user friendly and set up quite nicely, leaving no question. There is a stand for the shorter cups (minimizing the splashes) or you can remove the bottom section for a larger thermo mug. The water receptacle is removable, making filling it very very easy. I also love the accessory for using your own coffee in the single serve usage - this works well and has its own filter basket making it very easy to clean out! You will love this coffee " center" and will love the choices you have when using it!

The built-in filters are cost effective. Compatible with any coffee pod, it's just convenient! The optional reusable filter cup is a plus, and it even works with Keurig K-Cups. Pouring hot coffee over ice for iced coffee is a makeshift but serves the purpose. The water reservoir is ample, with easy detachment making refilling so easy. The modern display is nice. I could not get the pod side of the machine to work when I bought it. I followed the startup instructions. Took it back and got a replacement. Had the same problem. Found a video on utube addressing the problem. There is a little black button in the pod chamber. After making sure that this button works properly after pushing on it a couple of times, the problem wad solved. Maybe Cuisinart should address this problem. Wonder how many of these machines have been returned as defective

It is the first machine we've had that combines the programmable control over drip coffee, plus an iced coffee setting, with the single serve convenience and customization of pod brewing. It didn't take long to set up and figure out the interface. We also appreciate the charcoal filters that came with the machine to keep the water conditioned. I thought the feature that allows pulling out the carafe for a quick cup while it's still brewing is a clever touch. The machine doesn't take a large footprint on the counter, and it looks sleek. It brews a nice cup, whichever way we like it.
