The machine is easy to use, and installation is also smooth. I have only use the bold setting so far and I am immensely pleased with the coffee results. The taste is delicious!

Wow, what a coffee maker! It starts brewing almost instantly and is much quieter than our 3 year old keurig. Highly recommended, but note that it is a bit taller than most coffee makers, so check your cabinet height if that's were it's going under/countertop. And i like the fact that each dispenser has its own water supply.

The bigger 12 cup carafe option is great for myself as I drink the most coffee in the house, so more for me. It features extreme brew technology and brews the coffee 25% faster! That's great for mornings on the go when I don't have much time until I need to be out the door. There is also a single serve option for coffee right next to the carafe, it offers 5 cup sizes and it is compatible with any brand of single-cup pod, including K-cups or the reusable HomeBarista filter, which comes with it! Bonus! It has a strength and pause feature, it allows you to brew over ice, comes with a 42 oz removable water reservoir and even has a little flip down shelf if you have a tiny little cup. I haven't had to flip that part down yet, but its there.

I love this coffeemaker! I bought the black one, it's worth it. This one does it all- I have the choice of anywhere from 4 to 12 ounces, I just turn the dial. This is a huge improvement from the earlier model. The buttons and programming capabilities are very user friendly and set up quite nicely, leaving no question. There is a stand for the shorter cups (minimizing the splashes) or you can remove the bottom section for a larger thermo mug. The water receptacle is removable, making filling it very very easy. I also love the accessory for using your own coffee in the single serve usage - this works well and has its own filter basket making it very easy to clean out! You will love this coffee " center" and will love the choices you have when using it!

The ease of the functions between single serve or a full pot of coffee is great. I started with the pod coffee and it worked great. Then the next day I made a full pot. Both times the coffee tastes better than my other machine. It also has iced coffee function which is great on a hot day. I taste my coffee better not bitter. Great machine

I love the fact that I can either make a cup of coffee, using a pod, or I can make a pot of coffee. The directions for use are easy to understand and set up was simple. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for about a month and I am happy so far. The carafe is big if we need to make a lot of coffee. But having the option of making one cup only is great, that is the side we use most. The built in filters that comes with each side saves me money from not needing to buy filters and I get to use the same coffee for both sides. No need to buy individual pods, which can add up $$. The water reservoir holds enough for multiple cups and is easy to detach so you can fill it. The instructions are easy to read. The display is very nice and modern. It makes hot and cold coffee and we use both options. The one thing I did not account for is the height of the machine. My cabinet on top does not allow me to fully open the lid on the right side. The machine is too tall and I do not have enough space between the top and bottom cabinets. That was my fault though, as I should have measured.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased this coffee machine on May 16th and by June 21st it is broken. Somehow with the machine OFF, the heating element came on and overheated and it was spraying water from the pod side. It then began to smoke. Complete junk, don't waste your money. Hopefully I'm able to get my money back.

I love that one machine can make both a pot of coffee or a single cup. I use the pod function for just me, or a cup of hot chocolate for my daughter, and I set the automatic-brew timer to wake up with 6 cups every morning. It’s a versatile, multifunctional rock star and meets all of my coffee making needs. It’s also easy to set up and go with straightforward directions. I appreciate the fold down tray for use with a standard mug and the ability to fit a travel mug into the single serve spot. The charcoal filters keep my coffee tasting the best without using a filtered pitcher and losing more counter space. I used another brand for single serve pods and had to refill the water each time. The water reserves in the Cuisinart are large and convenient. I’d definitely recommend this coffee maker to anyone looking for convenience, style, and more counter space savings.
