Overall I am happy with how the unit performs. I would like the option of BOLD brew for the pod side. The unit is a little difficult to clean and get dry..

It's nice to have a K-cup brewer for on-the-go moments, or if I want to make decaf. The carafe is fast and clean, and keeps coffee warm for a long time

We recently replaced our old Cuisinart coffee maker with the Coffee Center® 2-IN-1 Coffeemaker. It has can brews excellent single cups using both k-cups or ground, as well as a full a carafe of coffee.

Carafe Temp button didn't work until I just unplugged the unit to get the Serial #/Date Code from the plug, and then plugged it back in. The L, M, H now show faintly in the window to the left of the time. Hope it now functions as intended.

At first i thought this was too expensive, but i gave in an purchased it. It just keeps getting better and better, easy to clean and maintain. Plus keeps coffee hot, and doesnt burn the coffee like the cheap makers do.

Disappointed. Our bad. Water reservoir for single cup smaller than Kuerig. Thought it would be quicker than Kuerig. Not by much. Wouldn't buy again

Was skeptical after reading some bad reviews but this 2 in 1 combo was exactly what I was looking for. Up and running for a few months now and the entire family is enjoying it!

Unfortunatly, I am having issue already with this coffee pot. Randomly the basket is overflowing and coffee grounds are spilling into the coffee pot and it is not over filled.

If you are looking for a great, quality product, you need this coffee maker. This is my third one. We have a seasonal home, and I tried to do it with a different coffee maker. I just can’t be without this coffee center. It’s the best!!!!!!

The Single serve has more serving size choices than the old model we have and it dispenses coffee quicker than the Keurig model we used for a few months
