I GAVE IT A 4 BECAUSE YOU CAN'T USE THE BOLD FUTURE WHEN YOU USE THE AUTO TIMER THAT COMPLETELY SUCKS I WAS ABLE TO USE THAT BUTTON ON MY OLD ONE BUT NOT THIS NEW ONE OTHER THAN THAT I LIKE THE COFFEE POT

I love this coffee maker. I had to replace it after 6 months because it was leaking That didnt deter me I bought it again. I have had one like this for a long time. It makes great coffee!

I love this SS- 16 Cuisinart 2-1 Coffeemaker! It is wonderful to have the option of either single serve or a pot of coffee or coffee over ice. The machine works perfectly! The bold option is my favorite! This is the best coffee maker I ever had!

This machine was a birthday present for my wife and she loves it! 5 star review pending because we've only had it for a short time and the setup instructions were not really helpful. I went to YouTube and got the answers I needed there.

There was a short or something in electrical system. When I tried to turn it on, it wouldn’t. Tried repeated, and after 10-15 tries, sometimes it would work, sometimes not.

Unfortunately our experience did not rate like majority. Our first one the Pod side did not work so we exchanged it. And the replacement, the POD water container leaks despite all the recommended troubleshooting.

Nice product. Bought specifically bc of combo carafe and kcup. Love it but I’m having trouble figuring out the right coffee amount to avoid coffee grounds in the 12 cup pot.

Not the easiest to figure out. Filters are not easy to find online. 5 loud beeps tell you coffee is complete. Wish i could turn that off. Coffee is made quickly and is hot.

My 2 in 1 coffeemaker is perfect. I am now able to have my single every morning n my carafe for company. I did have some trouble trying t figure out the programming but just kept reading directions until I got it.

Very pleased with the coffeemaker. It was easy to set up and we use it every day, both the carafe and the single serve. I would recommend this product.
