Pros: fast brewing. Adjustable warming plate. Compact. Cons: lid to carafe needs to be removed to fill with water, doesn’t just flip-up like other brands I’ve had. When pouring, liquid runs backwards down carafe onto counter or floor. Big pain.

This is a great coffee maker! So much easier than the replaced one. I like that the water filters for the carafe and one cup are separate. The controls are on the front which make them easier to see when partially under a cabinet.

Takes a minute to figure out. Cuisinart has always been consistent in their quality and price. The chrome adds. a nice touch to the white. Its nice you can either use a pod or use regular grounds foe that one cup of coffee.

Really like the brew speed and temperature of coffee. Also love the dual choice of one cup or more and being able to use my own grounds instead of buying expensive pods all the time for one cup.

The 2 in 1 functions well, particularly the non-pod portion of the unit. The pod portion works well (always get a good cup of coffee), but the unit tends to cause some of the coffee contents of the pod to seep out.

I really enjoy the set up of a single cup and a full pot of coffee , love the fact that you can set up your coffee to brew by itself in the morning with the set up

Product was good before and good now - i don't like the iced coffee via carafe so would suggest that only via the kcup option but otherwise good machine

Easy to maintain, reliable. Makes great coffee. Second purchase of 2 in 1. I really like the addition of the cup shelf when using a pod. Keeps the coffee maker clean when using small cups.

The single serve portion did not work right out of the box, the week after we purchased it. Tried trouble shooting on YouTube videos to no avail. Don't have time to call a customer service number. Aggravating

The machine does not stop brewing when you pull the carafe out. A large amount of steam rushes out, coffe goes onto wamer plate possibly causing injury
