Disappointed. This third coffee maker from Cuisinart; was pleased with others. This one often will not turn on. Have to unplug for five minutes, then restart. Of course this means resetting the clock. If problem continues, will return it.

Did not even make it to three months. Carafe side stopped working. Purchased this to have a replacement. Took it out of the box after our last one stopped working after three years.

This coffee maker makes a great pot of coffee. It is easy to operate. My only complaint is when you brew an individual cup either with a K-cup or loose coffee in the small basket, the grounds get everywhere and creates a mess.

Very good coffee maker. Both by the Carafe and by individual cups. Our eight year old Cuisinart 14 cup coffee maker is still working great. We just wanted an upgrade and definitely got it!

Only thing that I am not fan of is design of the carafe top. If not careful the carafe will not sit properly and coffee will overflow during brew cycle

Great design offering full pot and single use options. It has an iced coffee option too which I’ll try in the summer. Coffee flavor is very good. Attractive and fairly slim on the counter considering all it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoy having both pods and basket coffee combined. It was confusing in starting the brew features with hitting carafe and on/brew sequence.

We actually bought two. The button to activate the pod side was broken on the first one, so we returned it to the store and found the second one exactly the same way! Returned it and bought a different brand.

This machine was a birthday present for my wife and she loves it! 5 star review pending because we've only had it for a short time and the setup instructions were not really helpful. I went to YouTube and got the answers I needed there.
