We were consolidating coffeemakers as we needed space on countertop. We have been using a DCC-1200 and a SS-16 Cuisinart pod machine for years and was hoping that the combined unit would still be of the same quality and performance as the two separate brewers and we are not disappointed. Same consistent brewing and good HOT coffee. Would definitely recommend this to everyone looking for a combination brew station

I purchased this coffee maker due to the longevity of my previous one (7 yrs). Easy to maintain, displays nicely on counter and every cup whether cup or carafe is well brewed. Previous coffee makers, different brand and very pricey, did not last and coffee varied in dispense and flavor. Very happy with my now second purchase

We do love the coffee maker overall. But the design for the caraffe, putting in and taking out off the hot plate is very rough. It does not slide in and out well at all. The piece that allows you to pull caraffe out while brewing does not engage and disengage well at all. Also, the design of the lid on the caraffe is poor. The two small tabs the lock the lid in place break off easily and it is not user-friendly to put on and take off. It does make good coffee and the k-pod works very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item when found it on sale while shopping at our discount wharehouse. I had a dual coffee maker that didn’t perk at a consistent heat and had a short keep warm cycle after brewing. The brand I had had many of the same features but its carafe or pot made a mess every time someone tried to pour a cup of coffee. The single pod side still worked fine but had extended company and wanted something more reliable and easy to use with a resevoir for the pod section.

We love our new 2 in 1 coffeemaker! It replaced an 14 year old Cuisinart coffeemaker. We all love the over ice feature especially living in AZ during the summer! And being able to make a single cup of coffee is amazing. Also love I can adjust the carafe temp when brewing a pot of coffee!

Was debating on two manufacturers but happy I chose Cusinart. Great coffee & does not drip when you are pouring from a full carafe. Good looking on the counter & reasonable price. My previous coffee maker was same brand but did not have the single serve feature.

This is not my first purchase of this perfect Parker! We have one in our Florida townhouse, and one in our summer house. I have purchased one for my daughter. I have been buying them since they debuted quite a few years ago. This one is an upgraded style, and I love it!

I returned this product after only two days. On both occasions that I used it, coffee overflowed the basket holding the grounds, despite the fact that I only used coarse grounds and was brewing less than a full pot of coffee (10 cups, not the full capacity of 12). I was very surprised because I have had and loved a Cuisinart drip coffee maker for the past 12 years which finally died. I decided to decipher why this model was such a problem and found two reasons, both involving the brew basket. First, the new model has a smaller basket. It’s shaped exactly the same but is noticeably smaller. Second, and more importantly, the flow rate of liquid from the basket to the carafe was much, much slower than that of the old model. I didn’t calculate the exact difference, but in a manual, side-by-side test liquid went through the old model at a rate at least 25% faster than the new one. No wonder that coffee overflowed the basket during the brewing process. There was nothing broken on the new basket (the spring mechanism worked just fine); it was just poorly engineered.

This coffee maker gives me decaf or regular if my morning delight! I gave up an expensive "maker" because my friend has a Cusinart that always made great coffee and I found this to be the same for me with this new one. I love how it keeps it HOT and all the features that are simple to use. What more can you ask for?????? Thanks Cusinart

I love my 2 in 1 coffee center! Saves lots of room on my counter top. Only wish is that the pod water container was a lil bigger. Can only make 2 cups of coffee before you have to refill the container. Small hiccup comparing to the advantages of having only one appliance instead of two!
