I received my mattress a day early. It was very well packaged. When I got it unwrapped, it practically flew into shape as soon as I cut the first air hole in the plastic. It is very comfortable to lie on, but I've not yet tried sleeping on it. So far, I am pleased with this purchase. I will revisit my review after I sleep on it.

This mattress is very well made. The cover is quality. The smell lasted about a week, but I expected that. The problem is that it's incredibly soft. There is little support and sinks in quite a bit, especially if sitting on the edge. It's definitely not "firm." I got this mattress for my mom with spinal issues and it is not doing her any favors. Perhaps I got a random squishy dud, but I'm definitely contemplating returning it.

We had a $2500 mattress that was defective and was killing our backs, so while we waited to file our claim we purchased this to use. Needless to say we exchanged our original mattress and the replacement doesn't hold a candle to this one. We ended up keeping this one and selling the other. I will never buy an expensive mattress ever again when this mattress exceeds all others we have tried/owned. Best purchase ever!
