Good computer

When the laptop was powered up for the first time, there was CMOS battery error. Later after bootup when system diaognostics were run yellow exclamation was shown for the battery. Windows needed tons of software update to become current. The specification of the product misleads with Graphics information. The laptop has simple Intel UHD instead of listed Intel Iris Xe Graphics. HP Warranty show only few months left and ask to buy more time for warranty instead of specified 1 year warranty, again misled. Very disappointed.

I received my notebook yesterday and found that my graphic card is mismatched. The graghic card installed in the computer is "Intel,UIHD" and the product spec shows "Intel Iris X"graphic. And the warranty is expiring in 4 months and 21 days time on a brand new computer. So i called HP and they advised that if i dont like the installed graphic card i should return the product to samsclub for refund; and about the warranty issue, they sent me email to send them the purchase receipt for them to make the correction. Other than those concerns it is too early to make any further comment. I am heading to Samsclub for refund or discount.

1, I got CMOS error at first boot. (May be the CMOS battery was old) 2. The PC started with default options. 3. After starting the windows 11 I checked the warranty status and the HP site said the PC had only 4month warranty left.

This notebook is one year + out of date. Took me have a day to download updates, even old BIOS. Warrantee started in Oct 2024. I purchased this in May of 2025.

Advertised as shipping with Intel Iris Graphics. Mine was delivered with Intel UHD. I have returned my for a refund.

Worst laptop I've ever encountered. CMOS problems from the beginning. After multiple times attempting setup, never was able to do even basic setup.
