Sold as new ? Not

Runs great it's supposed to have 1year warranty someone activated it before I got it now it ends in 5 months? Why did Sam's sell it as new? I may return it.

Unhappy with Warranty

I like the laptop, just don't like the hoops that HP wants you to jump through to get a full year of warranty. I purchased this item from Sam's Club on 1 May 1925 and received it on the 6th of May. I came online with the product on the 7th of May and learned that my warranty expired at the end of September this year. HP has all this information on my online account. Why are they making it so difficult to correct this error.

It's fine

The laptop does feel somewhat cheap, but at the discounted price I am still happy enough with the purchase. I didn't have any of the battery problems that others experienced and I've not checked the warranty situation with HP. It's currently serving it's purpose for a good price.

Not as advertised

I've got the same problem as everyone else here ... CMOS error on initial boot, UHD instead of XFE graphics, and only a few months of warranty left instead of the full year. I'm still debating on returning it because I bought it when it was $300 off so at $399 still a decent price with UHD graphics. At $699 it's not a deal at all.

Refurb?

This laptop is giving refurbished vibes. CMOS error upon boot up. Warranty is not as advertised. It's good until 8/2025, but cpu was received in 5/2025. Graphics listed as Iris Xe, but only has UHD. There is also a tag on the box covering up specs that has a company name of Craving Savings. This is definitely getting returned.

Tecnical issue and no support

After purchase, it broke down within just 4 months. Considering the intensive use of the school period, the totally was only actively used for about 2 months. They are very poor quality and have technical problems. It suddenly closed and we couldn't open it again.

HP is not working

The startup screen doesn't appear properly. HP claims the new computer is out of warranty.

Verified Purchase

Sent the wrong item twice

Was not the "Door buster" item Sam's advertised. The computer I received had Intel i3, instead of the i5 that was in the advertisement. I didn't open box. I reodered, and had the same result. Customer service was terrific!
