I love the Hair, Skin & Nails product. I have used it on several occasions. It never ceases to satisfy me.

I have not noticed any affects yet. I will continue to take a them for another month to give the product a fair try.

I usually get the gummies, decided to try the caplets. If u have a taste tolerance to certain things, don't recommend.
