I think this works pretty well. My hair both has more shine and my skin seems to be doing better than it was. It seems to be smoother and clearer. I’m also using a skin care regimen. I can’t tell if my hair is growing faster or not.

These have been a savior since damaging my hair, it’s strengthened my hair, accelerated it’s growth process, strengthened my nails, and helped with my dry skin.

Excellent vitamins for us 40 plus ladies for hair skin and nails. Price point good, accessibility to purchasing is easy, results come at about the two month mark. It has made my hair and nails grow strong.

I have been taking 3 a day for 3 months I did miss 2 days I wrote it down. My hair is still coming out like crazy and my nails have not improved. They might work for others but I do not see any improvement what so ever.

This is a great product. I use this product and the gummy ones too. The price is good and it works really good it took about two weeks to start seeing results it’s worth it

The product is fabulous but the metallic pink softgels make me feel like I'm taking a step backwards. Just doesn't feel right when I'm trying to do good. I would have given this product 5 stars if it had a better casing.

WOW! My husband and I took two soft gels in the morning and keep tasting it for a good part of our day! YUCK! Hands down.....will not be buying these again!

This is my favorite dietary supplement, it helps a lot my hair, nails and skin to look better. I’ve been using this for a while and not planing to stop. Definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is it normal for these supplements to smell horrible? I just bought them, the expiration date says 02/2021. I’m afraid they’ll make me smell horrible, as my body normally readily absorbs scents.

I don't like this product. The capsules are pink pearlized colors that make this product not serious, like a toy. I do not trust this kind of product.
