We do enjoy propping them up if we want to read or watch tv in bed. It supports your back, not letting you sink in too much and curving the spine. I feel the same support when I’m laying to sleep. It has enough give for the head to lay comfortably, and keeps your neck straight for less strain on neck. I enjoy the flat sides seams on the sides. Makes it nice for side sleepers. The pillow seems to reach further when those flat sides are in a pillow.

I will admit that I was a little hesitant at first, because this is a very firm pillow, but after sleeping on it for several weeks, I’m very happy. I haven’t had any issues with my neck (which can happen with the wrong pillow). It also keeps me cool as I do tend to be a warm sleeper.
