The header for this pillow indicated they were foam. They are not foam. Not very firm either.

Supposed to be foam core per site description. Arrived as only polyfill.

We do enjoy propping them up if we want to read or watch tv in bed. It supports your back, not letting you sink in too much and curving the spine. I feel the same support when I’m laying to sleep. It has enough give for the head to lay comfortably, and keeps your neck straight for less strain on neck. I enjoy the flat sides seams on the sides. Makes it nice for side sleepers. The pillow seems to reach further when those flat sides are in a pillow.
