We’re sorry to hear that this happened. Here are a few steps that should help:<br />Hold the red handle in your right hand and the gray handle in your left.<br />Extend the handle halfway (not all the way), then turn the red handle away from you to lock it.<br />Next, extend the bottom gray section (closest to the base with the tread) halfway, then turn it toward you to lock it.<br />After that, you should be able to fully extend both sections into the locked position. Hi! Our Spin Mop Systems are not produced with wheels, considering the possibility of tipping. We do not encourage any modified addition of wheels to the system.
