Buy a separate mop handle!!

First time buyer of this mop system. I like the mop head and the bucket. The telescoping handle sucks!! It doesn't lock in place and keeps coming loose every time I try to mop against anything! Would have given this product 5 stars if it wasn't for the handle

Save your money

Worst mop I've ever used. Handle isn't long enough, any added pressure makes it slide down. So disappointed. I've had it for a while and just now used it or I would definitely return it.

Once fully extended your handle should be 48 inches, and you should see 3 different sections (one red and two gray metal tubes). If you are not seeing all sections, it is likely “section 3” attached to the gray Thread Plug that is not extending. Please remove the red triangle base by unscrewing the connect from the handle. Then try twisting the grey thread plug at the very bottom of the handle while holding firmly onto section 2 with the opposite hand. We hope this helps! Design uses plastic for gears - not durable!

Have used these bucket / mops for years. My most recent purchase was not nearly as good, and not what I had expected. Apparently the gears used to spin the mop are not durable, or simply too cheap to work. I press down, and hear the gears stripping - and yes see plastic where there used to be metal. The foot petal does not return to the up position. Now I spend time lubricating and repairing. Shame...used to be worth 5 stars.

If you hate mopping buy it!

I don't know how I ever lived without this mop %26 bucket in my life! I had seen my oldest daughter had one few years ago and didn't think much of it but then I was visiting my youngest daughter and she had one too I'm like “why does everyone have this mop %26 bucket?”. They both love theirs so I seen it here on Sam's website and jumped on the wagon! It's actually fun to mop %26 does an amazing job!

Handle will neither extend nor lock. AFTER I bought it I read SEVERAL reviews with the same issue. I do NOT recommend this product. It's a waste of money.

We&#39;re sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out!<br />-Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left.<br />-Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock.<br />-Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock. <br />You should now be able to extend both ends fully to locking position. mop heads fall off

I bought this mom thinking it may make my life easier. But, the mop heads will not stay attached to the mop handle. I even step down on it to put it on. Once I put it in my water the head comes off.

It is a great mopping system; however, the addition of wheels to the bucket will improve maneuverability when mopping and limit lifting when moving around to mop.
