Thought I would try this mop and bucket and I'm so glad I did. I love it! Seems like it cleans the floor much better than the other mop that I had with the twist wring out handle. You must try it. It won me over!

Handle will neither extend nor lock. AFTER I bought it I read SEVERAL reviews with the same issue. I do NOT recommend this product. It's a waste of money.

I truly like this mop system! I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered it, but I'm happy with it. We have 4 dogs--3 German Shepherds and a poodle. I vacuum daily in the kitchen and main area of the house just because of the hair, and have to mop 1-2 times per week. This mop system is super easy to pull out and do a fairly quick mop. I just rinse out the bucket and mop when I'm done. I like that the mop doesn't streak and it's pretty good at getting up stubborn gunk. The only thing I don't like greatly about the system is that the bucket isn't well balanced when carrying it with water in it, and it could easily get off balance and dump the water all over. It hasn't happened yet, but likely will. Also, I didn't consider where I was going to store that large bucket when I ordered it, but I made a place on a garage shelf. I prefer mopping with a rag-style mop and water over the pad-type mops that are only good for quick spot cleaning in my home. I never thought I'd write a review for a mop, but this one's a winner.

Have used these bucket / mops for years. My most recent purchase was not nearly as good, and not what I had expected. Apparently the gears used to spin the mop are not durable, or simply too cheap to work. I press down, and hear the gears stripping - and yes see plastic where there used to be metal. The foot petal does not return to the up position. Now I spend time lubricating and repairing. Shame...used to be worth 5 stars.

The ability to rinse the mop with fresh water each time was great.

I wxpected the mop head to spin, not the whole mop. Ackward.

Bucket when you press down to spin water out it clicks and won't spin. Broken

Much easier to fill wth water. So happy it can with 2 mop head replacement.
