Excellent product

Handle will neither extend nor lock. AFTER I bought it I read SEVERAL reviews with the same issue. I do NOT recommend this product. It’s a waste of money.

I don’t know how I ever lived without this mop %26 bucket in my life! I had seen my oldest daughter had one few years ago and didn’t think much of it but then I was visiting my youngest daughter and she had one too I’m like “why does everyone have this mop %26 bucket?”. They both love theirs so I seen it here on Sam’s website and jumped on the wagon! It’s actually fun to mop %26 does an amazing job!

I truly like this mop system! I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered it, but I'm happy with it. We have 4 dogs--3 German Shepherds and a poodle. I vacuum daily in the kitchen and main area of the house just because of the hair, and have to mop 1-2 times per week. This mop system is super easy to pull out and do a fairly quick mop. I just rinse out the bucket and mop when I'm done. I like that the mop doesn't streak and it's pretty good at getting up stubborn gunk. The only thing I don't like greatly about the system is that the bucket isn't well balanced when carrying it with water in it, and it could easily get off balance and dump the water all over. It hasn't happened yet, but likely will. Also, I didn't consider where I was going to store that large bucket when I ordered it, but I made a place on a garage shelf. I prefer mopping with a rag-style mop and water over the pad-type mops that are only good for quick spot cleaning in my home. I never thought I'd write a review for a mop, but this one's a winner.

Very bad Handel needs to return it . Handle slides down every single time I try to mop, this is not the brand name I was expecting.

This works so much better than my traditional mop. I'm actually kind of grossed out by how dirty the water was when I was done cleaning my floors with it because it got way more dirt off of my tile than the regular mop does.
