They used to work every time, never had any issues until recently. I’ve used them for years. Now they’re too big they keep getting stuck in the soap dispenser, Which is causing my dishes to still be dirty when the cycle is over. Probably going to have to switch brands because I don’t plan on getting a new dishwasher anytime soon.

I knew the Cascade name was first choice for everyday dishwashing. These platinum pacs are levels above anything else I've used! My dishes came out sparkling clean with no sign of grease or stuck on food. I love using the pacs for all my loads with less mess. The fresh scent is an added plus.

This product fits very well with the Cascade family. The pacs contains a rinse agent that eliminates water spots on your dishes. This is a big positive. They even work well cleaning dishes with stuck on food.

I've tried all sorts of dishwasher cleaners and different types of dish cleaning agents, and nothing has ever gotten really clean. Until Cascade Platinum Plus! I didn't have much hope, and I was so surprised to see what an amazing job these powerful little pacs did on my dishes! Everything came out sparkling! And they smell AMAZING! I like having them under the sink because I get a whiff of their lovely scent every time I open the cabinet. Before I always had to semi pre-wash my dishes when anything was caked on (like soap, dried cheese, etc) before running the dishwasher but not with this! Highly recommend!

They tub is easy to open too, and waterproof, so even though I store it under my sink (which sometimes drips) they don't get damaged!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom and I use these dishwasher pods. The pods are great. You can put the pods in the dishwasher and they will clean the dishes. You don't have to do anything to the dishes. Just load the dishwasher and then start it, and it will clean them.

I have always used cascade. I do not understand why I’m sitting in my living room watching TV in the USA and the commercial is in Spanish. Not necessary. Once again. I’m am proud to be American and do not appreciate watching a commercial I can’t even understand.

There are no spots left on my dishes and all my dishes are very clean after my cycle runs. There is no leftover residue in my dishwasher and my dishwasher smells good after the cycle is done.
