I used regular Cascade pods a few months ago and they dissolved completely. This past week I tried my new cascade platinum plus and after a 2 hour wash cycle the pod was not dissolved. I tried a fresh pod and ran another load and that one did not dissolve either. The only thing missing from the pods is the liquid, the powder isn't dissolving. We have very hot water and the dishwasher is only 8 months old and trust me there is no food stuck in sprayers etc. to prevent these from working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This detergent was great. It left no residual substance on my dishes and seemed to do a good job of removing all that had been left on my dishes. I don’t pre-wash dishes and this took care of baked on residue in a casserole dish. I noticed no real scent on my dishes after cleaning which is preferable to me.

They fit perfectly. I use cascade but never this specific pod, but I will definitely be buying these when I run out. Excellent!

The dishes were very clean after running the dishwasher and they did not have any streaks for spots. I rinsed the dishes lightly before putting them in and there was no food stuck on them afterwards.

These pods seriously get rid of all the stuck on food and grease, and everything comes out looking shiny and spotless no spots or streaks. What I love is that they’re phosphate free, so they're a better option for the environment. Plus, they’re super easy to use just toss one in, and you’re done. Definitely recommend if you want dishes that actually come out clean without any extra work

I was very surprised about how well these Cascade dish washer tabs cleaned. The dishes came out perfectly clean and not no water spots on them. They were easy to use, just pop a tab into the dishwasher spot and that was it. This was an improvement over our former brand that we used. I will be purchasing these from now on and I would recommend these to anyone with a dishwasher.

You only have to scrape the food off of the dishes, load them, and start the dishwasher. I personally do pre-rinse my dishes first, but it’s awesome that it’s not necessary. My dishes always come out super clean using Cascade Platinum Plus pods.
