With other ones, my dishes were coming out clean but had water spots all over them, with these ones my dishes are actually spotless. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There Cascade pics were pleasantly easy and effective. I just popped one in, ran the regular dishwasher cycle, and everything turned out great. It was just as effective as the Cascade gel I had previously used. I didn't have any issues with the packet melting and I couldn't see any noticeable indications that I was using a pod vs. gel or powder. Just a nice and easy way to clean your dishes in the dishwasher.

I love the Cascade Action Pacs.....I have used them for years and they work great! But, every once-in-a-while, I get a pac that is missing one of the 3 gels....this time it's the purple one. There is gel in the pac but only enough to give a hint of the missing color. I decided to write you because there is something wrong in the production. Did you run out of Purple?
