I’ve seen so many commercials and heard fair reviews, but this wine was not an easy find in my neighborhood. It would be great if these brands would venture out to more urban communities despite many stereotypes, I even utilized the locator, but I visited the listed stores and still was big in stock. I ended up buying the standard ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was already a fan of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc and was excited to see how these new low calorie, lower alcohol options compared. I have to say that I’m pleasantly surprised. The flavor is very similar to the original but the lower alcohol content actually makes it less acidic as well. My partner and brother in law both commented that they don’t normally drink wine because it sours their stomachs but liked this one. I also enjoyed the rosè because it wasn’t overly sweet. This wine would be perfect for sitting on the deck or patio in warm weather because it’s so refreshing.

When the wine was nice and chilled it had a crisp flavor that tasted great. This was not a very complex wine and to me it makes a great party wine that you can drink throughout the evening or day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Kim Crawford. Unfortunately this missed the mark. It has nice grapefruit smell and taste, but is missing something. It's refreshing, but taste like drinking water. If you are watching calories it would be a good option.
