These are awful. The sponge detaches from the wand every time I use it. It detaches from the holder that hooks into the wand And forget about cleaning under the rim. One time the sponge broke off and when down the toilet hole. I had to dig it out with my hand.

I have used the toilet wand system for years. It has been wonderful until the last two packages of refills. They practically fall apart as soon as you start to use them. I never had this problem in the past and when I had a problem with the first package of refills, I figured it was just a bad batch. But is has happened again. I'm very disappointed in this diminished product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Clorox toilet bowl wand at my brother's house and I fell in love with how good it cleans, defects and sanitizes the toilet also the wand is very sturdy when your done cleaning just click button the sponge goes in the trash done. I have to go buy 2 one for each bathroom. Thank you Clorox for making cleaning a little easier.

I had no problems putting the cleaning head on the wand, also no problem with the head staying on during cleaning. Was able to reach deep down into the bowl where my other brush couldn't reach, as well as under the rim. I do agree , however, with the environmental impact of these...but hopefully I won't need to clean it as often now. Also like the slim design of the wand and caddy.

In the last 6 months or longer the quality has completely bottomed out! I don't know why I thought another box would be different, but I am going to have to find a new alternative because as soon as the cleaning part hits the water, the top hangs by a thread as you try to clean. I loved these because the fact it's clean every time you go to clean instead of reusing the same nasty germ infested toilet brush over and over again. I'm so disappointed that these downgraded so badly, I didn't even want to leave a review but this was my last straw! So, if P&G or Clorox reads this please please please go back to the way it used to be. I hate that I have to switch to something new after all these years.

Needless to say I am extremely disappointed especially because they r hard to find and expensive. I am considering switching to Dow who put out a similar product

After using the wand you have to wipe the toilet bowl or the dye in the scrubber stays and dries blue. If I had wanted to hand clean the bowl why would I have bought these? Going back to regular cleaning way. What a waste of money!!

I have been using the toilet wand system for several years but as of late the refills are of inferior quality. The brush falls apart as soon as you put it in the water so you have to physically clean the toilet with your hands which makes the wand useless. Also the plastic piece that fits into the wand breaks off very easily. Will not be purchasing them anymore. Don't waste your money as they are not cheap to purchase but cheap in quality. Shame on you Clorox!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some 5 minutes ago, my plumber retrieved the cleaning head, which became stuck in the toilet. As soon as I lowered the wand into the bottom part of the tank, the thing fell off and immediately lodged inside the drain pipe of the toilet. This was a downright scary experience. I should tell you that I love Clorox products, and I use just about everything they make, but this is not a good product. The wand itself is convenient and durable. The pads have plenty of cleaner, and they're good scrubbers. But the cleaning head does not stay on the wand, and I can tell you the result can be costly! New design PLEASE!

I've been buying these wands since they came out on the market & up until the past 6 months... they've WERE the best things ever!! But the last 3 boxes I've bought, have been AWFUL!! They come apart within SECONDS after you start cleaning. And it's every single pad!! Every single box! I'm so disappointed bc this was such a great product. Idk why they've gone cheap & cut corners.
