I have found the color blue to be a staining agent on plastic parts of the toilet seat and if it should drip on the floor it had left a stain. Would you consider making this product WITHOUT coloring agent. I know many think the blue color indicates clean but since it should be flushed before use esp by a young child, I would prefer no color. Thanks

I have used the Clorox Toilet Wand cleaning kit since its introduction. The current design in the disposable sponge is very flimsy and it separates and has drop off in the toilet. The initial design was thicker, firmer and did not fall apart. I use to recommend this product; I cannot do that now. Cheaper is not better.

As has happened to a number of other reviewers, the scrubbing head falls off the wand too easily. In our case, my wife was using it on our basement toilet, and it fell in just as she was flushing the toilet. Because the toilet was in the basement, the waste goes into a macerating pump to send it to the sewer. I am contacting the pump manufacturer to find out if the pump will dispose of the head without problem. If the answer is no, we will have to call a plumber. We are not happy.

I've been buying these wands since they came out on the market & up until the past 6 months... they've WERE the best things ever!! But the last 3 boxes I've bought, have been AWFUL!! They come apart within SECONDS after you start cleaning. And it's every single pad!! Every single box! I'm so disappointed bc this was such a great product. Idk why they've gone cheap & cut corners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot cleaner with an 8 year old cleaning it and not soaking it. It looked terrible. Hardwater and lime buildup and stains. It still looks bad but not terrible. I am confident if we wash it every couple of days that the stains will finally start to go away. (And soak it and let an adult clean it will help lol)

I have used this product for years! But the last refills purchased are a different material that separates from the wand after just a few swipes. Something has changed in your production and it is definitely not an improvement. I thought it might just be a bad batch but I bought a new system for my son's home while visiting this week and had the same experience.

It's just so easy to use, and really does a great job at thoroughly cleaning the bowl, even up around the rim where it's difficult to get to. I'm very pleased with this product! I would make one recommendation to new users. Once you initially get the wand's scrubbing head wet and you clean the bowl, don't dip it into the water again, because it could loosen up and fall off into the water. I've only had one loosen up, but I took it out in time before it fell off.

I thought maybe I had just 1 bad cleaning head. But it turns put to be every single one that I've used.. Can't even scrub the bowl with the cleaning pad. It also looks like they have been made differently. If I could upload a picture, I would.

I have used is product for years and have always loved them. However the last several boxes of refills I've purchased are terrible. The scrubber separates from the plastic base as soon as they get wet. I can't even finish cleaning the bowl before they completely fall apart. I've even lost a few down the drain. Please, please fix this problem or I'm going to have to quit buying them and find a replacement. As they are right now, I would never recommend them.
