I've been using this system for several years new but lately I've noticed the refills do not stay attached to the backing plate. I have bought several boxes of refills and they all do the same thing. As soon as you start scrubbing, the pad starts to tear away. I've had one actually fall off. I think you need to look at how the scrubber pad is bonded to the adapter plate. Other than that, I love it!!

The plastic separates from the scrubber almost immediately and the only way to make use of the product is to get a glove and use my hand. Totally defeats the point! It would clean great if it would stay together as the cleaning agent seems to be good. Very disappointed.

He has a septic system and now we are worried this could cost a lot of money to resolve. I recommended these to my dad after using them at my house...I cannot believe it just slipped off like that. :(

While I'm a big fan of Clorox products I think their Toilet Wands need better quality control. Recently tried to use as intended. The first one had no "nipple" to attach to wand. Picked another one and half way through it fell off. Rather disappointing.

I just bought this about 3 weeks ago. I wish I would hve read the reviews first. The cleaning heads do not stay attached on the wand. This has happened to almost every one of them. It either detaches right before I start cleaning or while it's in the toilet. I can see if you have had it for awhile, but this has been from day 1 of usage. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The children will like to clean the toilet with this brush around. And it would be easier on me to use also. I never let them use bleach like sprays around the toilet fearing they will get the bleach on them. But with this wand I am not afraid

This used to be a great product but the latest two multi packs are terrible. Two fell apart while still in the package, four more fell apart with the first swish in water (not scrubbing but swishing to get it wet). Cannot use because i am done fishing the parts out of the toilet. We never had a single one fall apart before and have been using them since they came out. Very dissatisfied and reluctant to “throw any more money down the toilet. They used to be great, not now.

I have been using the toilet wand for several years and was very happy with it and willing to spend the extra money. However, it seems that there is less cleaner on the wands now and it is not enough to do the job. The cleaner HAS to be the cheapest part of the product.

I would like Clorox to offer a more attractive container for the wand and pads; eg: stainless steel, that are fully enclosed not showing the contents-easier to clean off also. Thanks!
