Much better than using a nasty brush. Much better to just dispose of a used pad into the trash. Brushes can splatter and also they're just freaking gross. Cleans really well.

For the first time tonight, as soon as I put the wand in the toilet, the head fell off and floated up into the toilet. I cringed through the process of sticking my hand as far up the toilet as I could only to be unable to reach it. I know it is close because the water was clear and has now turned dark blue. I can't afford a plumber. Any tips on how to get that thing out. Of course my significant other is banning the toilet wand from the house. Help from anyone is appreciated, I am desperate!

Recently I have had problems last 2 boxes have fallen apart either right away or as soon as they hit the water. Definitely a manufacturing defect. Thought first box was a fluke. Now this box also?

I have used the Clorox Toilet Wand cleaning kit since its introduction. The current design in the disposable sponge is very flimsy and it separates and has drop off in the toilet. The initial design was thicker, firmer and did not fall apart. I use to recommend this product; I cannot do that now. Cheaper is not better.

I started using ToiletWand about 3 years ago due to the fact I could no longer find the ScotchBright sponge type any more. While they did OK I guess, it always seemed they might come off. But the last few months purchasing them, I have seen that the material is less dense which makes the cleaning disc floppy and not hold it's shape. I am disappointed that you seem to have made a less durable product perhaps to reduce cost. Please continue to give a good product.

I used to buy these with no problems at all. As of late they appear to have changed their manufacturing as the heads SEPARATE from the plastic part the minute it touches the water!! I purchased a couple of packs and every single one of them have me not being able to properly clean the toilet and having to fish out the applicator from the toilet. VERY disappointed in the "new" toilet wands. Will search for other cleaners not from Clorox.

I bought the wand refills a while back and was very disappointed! As soon as the refill is wet it starts separating and falling apart. I tried 3 or 4 of them and they all did the same thing so enough with that, I gave up and will just use a regular towel bowl brush. There is definitely a quality issue that needs to be addressed.

As others I have been thrilled with this product until recently. The quality has deteriorated ridiculously on the cleaning disc. I don't know what you changed, possibly to increase your profit margin, but it falls apart. I also noticed that now your site says "clean above the water line" which is a ridiculous statement because that is not the only part of the toilet that needs to be cleaned and disinfected - but possibly that shows an awareness that the disk will fall apart if submerged? Your quality assurance has some work to do before your entire customer base disappears

After using the first pack, I went back to the store and bought the scented ones. The bext time I used it, the brush button was loose. It made me change my opinion about buying another one if it is only made to last a couple of monthes. Great concept though.

As has happened to a number of other reviewers, the scrubbing head falls off the wand too easily. In our case, my wife was using it on our basement toilet, and it fell in just as she was flushing the toilet. Because the toilet was in the basement, the waste goes into a macerating pump to send it to the sewer. I am contacting the pump manufacturer to find out if the pump will dispose of the head without problem. If the answer is no, we will have to call a plumber. We are not happy.
