It's just so easy to use, and really does a great job at thoroughly cleaning the bowl, even up around the rim where it's difficult to get to. I'm very pleased with this product! I would make one recommendation to new users. Once you initially get the wand's scrubbing head wet and you clean the bowl, don't dip it into the water again, because it could loosen up and fall off into the water. I've only had one loosen up, but I took it out in time before it fell off.

I understand that times are tough with rhis pandemic and everything, however i am very disappointed. I have always used the toilet wand to clean our toilets. However since covid hit, the replacemnt heads are not made as well as they use to be. They fall apart in seconds. Also the last two times I bought a ten pack of them, there has only been 7 in the box.

I have been using the toilet want for about 6-9 months and I must say I love the concept and the ease of the product. I do have one issue, however. The finish on all of my toilets is being ruined. We have always cleaned our toilets at least once a week and have never left the cleaning product in the toilet for any period of time. Once the toilet is cleaned the toilet is flushed. Since I have started to use the Clorox Toilet Wand I have replaced one and now need to replace two additional toilets as the surface of the toilet bowl has become very rough. We never had this issue or problem until we started to use the Colorox Toilet Wand so unfortunately I am discontinuing use. Please help me understand why this product is destroying the finish on my toilet bowls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes the wand is convenient until the pad comes off and is flushed down the toilet. Unable to snake out. Took toilet apart to small further down. Pad is stuck in the S part of the toilet. Convenience is going to be costly. I do not recommend this product.

I have used Clorox toilet wands for years with no problems. Lately they fall apart as soon as you get them in water. The first time one fell apart I thought it was a reject pad. Turned out the whole sleve was that way. The next box was the same way. Today I used 4 pads just to clean one toilet. Every pad needed to be fished out of the toilet. Very disappointed with quality of your product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Clorox toilet bowl wand at my brother's house and I fell in love with how good it cleans, defects and sanitizes the toilet also the wand is very sturdy when your done cleaning just click button the sponge goes in the trash done. I have to go buy 2 one for each bathroom. Thank you Clorox for making cleaning a little easier.

I've been using the toilet wands for years but the refills I've bought in the last few months have been terrible - within a couple of scrubbing motions, the sponge is falling off of the wand - for years I've been able to use one head on multiple toilets but now I can barely get one bowl clean before the sponge is breaking off. Very disappointing and what we has changed I hope it gets reversed to go back to how it used to be! I miss the old refills.

I purchased the Clorox toilet wand system because we were moving into a small apartment. It provides a sleek design with easy to use (and disposable) toilet scrubbers. The scent is fairly strong (so beware if you are very scent sensitive), but the scrubbers definitely work in removing stains from the bowl. Would definitely recommend if you are tight for space, maybe not so much if you have multiple bathrooms to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product for years and the only negative thing I have found is that it stains surfaces. I stood a wand in the wet shower until I was ready to use it on the toilet and it left a blue stain that I cannot get off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some 5 minutes ago, my plumber retrieved the cleaning head, which became stuck in the toilet. As soon as I lowered the wand into the bottom part of the tank, the thing fell off and immediately lodged inside the drain pipe of the toilet. This was a downright scary experience. I should tell you that I love Clorox products, and I use just about everything they make, but this is not a good product. The wand itself is convenient and durable. The pads have plenty of cleaner, and they're good scrubbers. But the cleaning head does not stay on the wand, and I can tell you the result can be costly! New design PLEASE!
