I have purchased this before and it was okay. My last batch is absolutely inedible, its musty and gross. It tastes like cardboard.

As far as this type of parmesan cheese goes it is really very good. The size of the cheese pieces is perfect. I would highly recommend this for pizza, lasagna or whatever parmesan relevant dish you choose.

We love this Parmesan cheese! We sprinkle it on pizza, pasta and mix it with salads and soups! This container is huge too so it will last us a long time! Definitely a new staple item we will need to keep in the house.

I recently picked up Sam’s Parmesan Cheese from my local Sam’s Club, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. This Parmesan comes in a generous block, which is perfect for grating over pasta, soups, or salads.

The first thing I looked at was the ingredients list and unlike Kraft this cheese does NOT show wood cellulose as an ingredient! Shocking for this low price, it has excellent flavor and melts well.
