We like Member’s Mark products and I was excited to try the grated Parmesan cheese since it is about $1 less than the name brand. I left the original taste test up to my very particular 12 year old son. He sparingly shook some on a singular tortellini to start, declared “this is pretty good,” and cheesed the rest of his bowl. He added more cheese twice while he ate and said that he liked this cheese better than what we usually buy. I tried it out also and will agree that I like it better. It’s slightly moister and looks and tastes more like freshly grated parmesean.

I originally assumed that this cheese could be used as a substitute for fresh grated Parmesan cheese, for cooking for just me or in a hurry. I was surprised that this was just as good as any top rated brand but it’s half the cost and you get double the cheese. Even if I don’t need one this big it’s still such a better deal that this will be my go to cheese from now on.

Was impressed I am a snob if it wasn’t Kraft Brand but I actually think this might be a little better

With all the recipes on social media we decided to give it a try. We were skeptical about buying a larger container but we are using it on everything.

I went in search for the Kraft Parmesan cheese in a similar size. I did not find that, but found this instead. It is Parmesan cheese, moderately aromatic, but the biggest issue is the clumps. One shakes the container to clear them, but they reform! As those with experience know, these clumps are a moisture site on which mold might grow. The national brands use a cellulose anti-clumping agent, which is 'generally recognized as safe' by the FDA, though many things were that aren't. It bears further investigation.

I had high hopes for this brand but was disappointed. It just didn’t have much flavor.

Hate that Sam’s has decided to not give us a choice of parm cheese. Can only get their brand there now. It’s ok, but I think I will stick with Kraft from the store

This cheese is quite inferior to Kraft parmesan. It is very bland. It even has a chalky texture. It has almost no aroma. It is inexpensive though. We ended up throwing it away.

I have been using Kraft brand for 40+ years and of course Sams being my go to store is where l purchased. After several attempts of not being in the store l realize they brought in MM brand ok I’ll give it a shot. Oh boy! It was awful! Do not waste your money! Bring back the Kraft! Oh by the way you can buy it on line and pay $8 for shipping. What a joke you spend $300 to do a in store pick up and 3 of your items are out of stock but it’s only $29 so you pay $8 shipping!Rant over!
