This is our second try. Returned first one for exact same problem. It keeps overflowing grounds no matter how clean we try to get it. Otherwise I would absolutely love this machine. It's nice to have our cup of caffeine coffee from the carafe first thing in the morning and then later on in the day have a cup of decaf from Keurig.. wish the company could figure out a way to keep grounds from overflowing and stopping up the machine and getting a pot of mostly grounds.

The coffee maker is quiet and operates great. I like the single serve side because of its convenience, speedy and I don’t have to use a k-cup, but my own grounds. Some reviews stated it overflows or leaks, but I haven’t had any issues. I can have a decaf cup of coffee in the evening easily without making a big mess. I am enjoying another great Cuisinart product.

good coffee maker. just getting use to the smaller water reservoir for the single cup brewing. easy refill but smaller capacity. Another issue is the black writing on the coffee maker that makes it hard to read with some writing below the dial. I don't know why we can't make that easy.

We bought my husband the Cuisinart coffee center that makes single cups with pods, a carafe full and iced coffee. We have been so please with this purchase. It is very elegant looking and was such a reasonable price. We are very happy with the purchase. If I have one criticism, it is that the clock is only lit when coffee is brewing. It would be nice it the clock would always be lit if plugged in. Just for the ability to see the time if needed. Great buy.

Machine works great; heats up fast and makes great tasting coffee in both the brewed and pod functions. This is my 6th Cuisinart coffee maker. My only complaint is that the plastic parts are cheaper and less quality Cuisinart coffee makers. My basket has already come apart after only a few uses. Hopefully Cuisinart will get the manufacturer to fix this or change manufacturers.

Great coffee maker. I like my coffee strong and flavorful. This machine does that. The filter basket is large enough to hold the amount of ground coffee to do that. My wife likes hers strong, but not as strong as mine, so we are able to use the single cup station to make her cup separately. Very handy. It's a very versatile machine and we are enjoying it every day.

We love this coffeemaker! The coffee brews quickly, we have options for bold coffee, and three options for temperature of the coffee once it is brewed. Single serve offers options for iced coffee as well as hot coffee and tea, and the unit is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. So happy we chose Cuisinart!

Many good features such as programmability, bold taste, coffee temperature options, etc. One downside is that when using the single-cup feature, the piercing of the pod makes a huge mess with ground coffee spilling all over that side of the coffee maker. I don't know if the point isn't sharp enough or what, but that's a major disappointment.

This is the second coffee maker of similar design that I have purchased the previous one I used for about 15 to 17 years every day that I owned it it finally gave out and I decided to go with the same design from Cuisinart, knowing how well the first one was made and operated

This is the third coffee center we've had in the last year and a half. The first one the single cup side died with in 6 months. The second one, the single cup died within 4-5 months. This one we've had less than 6 months. We'll see how long it lasts. Otherwise, everything else works just fine
