Avoid

Ion arrival this coffee Maker within a couple weeks the pod would not work that kept saying it needed cleaned now it will not even make a pot of coffee this is the worst coffee Maker I think I have ever seen.

The clean light comes on to indicate it is time to clean Coffeemaker to remove calcium buildup. For best performance from your Coffeemaker, decalcify the unit from time to time. The frequency depends upon the hardness of your tap water and how often you use the Coffeemaker. To clean, fill the water reservoir to capacity with a mixture of one third white vinegar and 2 thirds water. Press the Clean button. When the Clean light glows, turn the Coffeemaker on by pressing the On/Off button.

Poor quality

This appliance worked as advertised for 100 brew cycles and then quit. Both the heating pad and the brew heating element quit. This is not a good value or quality product at any price.

Poor Quality, Pretty Design

Received as a Mother's Day gift. Turned on Wednesday, to make a single cup, heard a screeching noise, opened pod section and all the coffee from pod shot up all over me.

Bad product

This is junk. Had about 10 months, got E07 on screen. Researched code, took advised steps to correct. Still get code. Contacted Cuisinart they decided to replace. Now 3 months later same problem. Went back with Keurig.

Bought one for $149. Took it home, followed instructions %26 I had one problem, it didn’t work. I called Cuisinart for help %26 the response was - ‘take it back’. I discovered that day that junk can be very expensive.

Absolute worst

First the coffee pot side died. Then, about a few weeks later, the one-cup side died. We had the same model before this one. Also, lasted a year. Not a fluke. Over-priced garbage.

Grrrrrrrrr

We got this as a wedding present 3 weeks ago. The heating plate does not work. We don't have the receipt due to it being a gift...no one will help. What a waste of money!

Works fine but has an issue with Pods

Every time I use Pods coffee grinds wind up all over the unit. It works but is time consuming cleaning every time. Pot works fine. Great idea to have both units in one.

Doesn’t last long

Terrible didn’t last long at all…. Computer burnt out after only a few uses, they replaced machine and again same thing happened … very poor quality.

Grind overflow

Have tried to get this to work properly and thought at 1st user error but my machine is constantly overflowing the coffee grinds! So very frustrating. Hoping someone can help out with this issue as this wasn’t a cheap coffee maker!
