We don't normally eat pastries but a treat now and then is good for the soul. These did not disappoint. I got the fruit and the better half got her cheese.

It was awful! Stale, dry, old. I reheated in microwave, was still old and nasty. Reheated other one in toaster oven, STILL dry and awful. Very disappointed as expiration date was still long way from purchase.

This seems to be the standard Walmart/Sam's "jip" in all their in-store bakeries. They put just enough of the enticing ingredient on (usually at the edge or in the center) the pastry to make it look appetizing. Then when you bite into it, you find out you've bought a "dough and a little sugar" rip off. If you close your eyes and taste any Walmart/Sam's pastry, you'd be hard pressed to identify it. They all taste about the same. Don't be fooled.

This product, that I used to enjoy, when last delivered was expired and stale. The cheese filling was not eatable and did not dissolve when rinsed with water.
