We’ve only been on it for about a week. They do crumble easily into a sort of dust, which is the only thing I don’t like about them because if you accidentally squeeze one, it makes a mess.

However my friends dog was the lucky one because I gave them to her and she said her dog really liked them and that she did noticed that he was less “itchy” when he came back from his daily walk. I felt like the smell was strong and after handling the pieces in my hands I had to wash my hands twice to get rid of the smell, u guess that’s why my dog didn’t want to try it.

He had so many fleas no matter how much I bathed him that he was actually bleeding! I started giving these to him and hiding them in his food about two weeks ago and it has made a super huge difference! I finally have gotten rid of most of the fleas in my house and furniture because there's way less fleas on him now. I don't know how they work but I'm here to tell you that they DO WORK. My grass is infested with fleas because I live in the south in a very wooded area. My fur baby will have these every day from now on. Walter has an overbite and a lot of harder supplements and chews are easy for him to manage so he just won’t try. These are soft and Walter gets so excited when I grab one to give to him. We back up to a large natural grassy area that has a creek and it makes me feel better knowing he has some extra back up in his routine to help prevent fleas and ticks.

Despite the appealing hickory smoke flavor, neither of my dogs showed any interest in the soft chews. They sniffed them but refused to take a bite, and they never finished even a single piece. As a pet owner, I was hoping these chews would be an easy and tasty way to support my dogs' flea and tick prevention. However, the lack of enthusiasm from my pups was a major letdown. If your dogs are picky eaters like mine, you might want to consider other options. Overall, I can't recommend these chews based on my experience.

She is always excited when I open the bag and has started begging for them. I love that they are healthier than the chemicals I typically give to my dogs for flea & tick protection, especially since one of my dogs is allergic to spot on treatments. I can’t wait to see how effective these are during the summer because I will certainly be purchasing them again. The only thing I’m not a fan of is that because of the size of my dogs, they each need three treats a day in order for these to be effective. One of my dogs has a weight issue, so I need to reduce her regular food quite a bit in order to keep her on these treats everyday. Otherwise, these are a great pest control option!
