I stopped eating pork years ago, but I do miss pepperoni and bacon. This was pretty salty and reminded me more of beef jerky, floppy beef jerky. I suppose it might be a decent substitute if you're craving a BLT and can't have pork.

I've had godshalls beef bacon. And it was the best beef bacon I've ever had. This is a horrible imitation of that beef bacon. My first and last time buying this mess!
