This is probably the worst mattress I've ever had. It has zero support and if you're a stomach sleeper then your spine will absolutely not like you. I wake up with back pain nearly everyday. It lost ANY and ALL support within 6 months of purchase. Buy a different mattress.

I try to return it but the Sams customer service on line told me that they have a lot of returns, they are really busy!!

This mattress with a combination of both memory foams and springs is tremendously comfortable. My back was broken in 5 places and I sleep through the night and wake up with no pain in the morning. The cool gel foam layer actually works. My husband never gets too warm from this mattress the way he used to from our previous bed. We bought this mattress in a box and hauled it home in the back of our SUV and then used a furniture cart to get it into our condo. After carefully cutting the box open we positioned it on our platform frame and opened it. It immediately started to expand and in a few minutes we had a new mattress!

This is the third mattress purchased. The first one, a queen, two years ago, the second one, a twin, last year, and now a full-size. They are very comfortable, yet supportive. Easy to set up (better to have two people). We allowed about 10 hours before using. Tried several other brands over the years and this mattress is the best bang for the buck. Highly recommended.

I have suffered over the past two years with arthritis in my lower back. This has been the cause of numerous sleepless nights. After traveling and sampling different beds, I decided it was time for a new mattress. As I researched my options, the prices blew me away! I came upon this mattress from Sam’s and read the reviews. Most were positive with some saying the mattress is too soft. I’ve been sleeping on my new mattress for about a month now and find it to be just as advertised, medium soft. I am a side and back sleeper. I am sleeping all night and waking up rested. It’s a great mattress and I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable, was surprised since it is a foam mattress that comfort wouldn't be complete but it is. Had several different guests visit and they all fell in love with the mattress, they wanted to know where we bought it and how they could get one. We purchased this one due to the coils added into the construction of the mattress, and it made all the difference.

This is a comfortable mattress that has held its shape with no sagging so far. It's comfortable and we're not overheating while sleeping. A far better product than we had previously, and about $3000 less expensive. I'd definitely recommend this.

I do not like this mattress at all. I guess it’s my fault for buying it, but I’ve heard a lot of people talk about them that like them, I cannot sleep on it at all. And returning is a hassle, the mattress is awkward and Sam’s club says because it can’t go back in the box it needs to be wrapped in plastic…… ugh

We purchased a queen size Members Mark Hybrid Mattress - firm for a guest bedroom at our summer home. Even though we are in a very remote area, the mattress arrive on the promised delivery date. The box was heavy but we pushed it upstairs and found it was easy to unpack and set up. It looked ready to use right out of the box, but since we were not using that bedroom at the time we allowed the recommended 48 hours before use. The mattress is very comfortable and provides solid support. I would recommend this product

Very affordable Mattress, I love the softness of the mattress it sleeps well! A guest of mines wanted to know where I purchased this mattress. He did not want to get out of the bed. He said he hasn't slept this good on a mattress in a long time. He does plan to purchase a Member's Mark Hybrid Mattress at his local Sam's in Georgia.
