Love it!

Nice, firm no smell …. I’m just waiting for the mattress to grow to the 12 inches as promised. It’s been 5 days and it’s only about 10 inches tall, beginning to wonder if we got 10 inch mattress in the 12 inch box??? Feels like I’m sleeping in a kids beds.

This mattress is described as "medium- firm". It is definitely nowhere near firm and more soft than medium. I chose this mattress specifically because it was described as median firm. I am disappointed in the squishyness of the mattress. If it was easy to return, I would.

Bought two of these (Member's Mark Hybrid Mattress - King Size) for our AirBNB. It's been over a year now and they've held up well and we've had several guests ask what brand the mattresses are so they could buy them. We'll be buying these for all of our units moving forward.

Super comfortable!

Ths is an ok mattress. It has a lot of motion transfer, so if you're sensitive to this, it's probably not the mattress for you. I sleep on this mattress with two large dogs and can definitely feel every time they move. It's more of a medium feel it's good for side sleepers but definitely causes my lower back to hurt if I sleep on my back. If you sleep alone or motion transfer doesn't bother you, then it's definitely ok for the money.

This is very soft and not firm at all. You sink in as soon as you lay down. We will be returning. :(

Let mattress open up and noticed all the springs were bent and broken! This is built terribly! I would not recommend this to anyone! STAY AWAY!

to soft I bought it 6 months ago and I told my self I might get used to but here I am with pain in my back so bad because of this bed

We had purchased a mattress online and medium was too soft but this medium firm mattress was just right. It’s a great value.
