Had this for a month. It is great. Sleep great, not too hard or too soft and helps with pressure points.

Very comfortable. Flexes perfectly on my adjustable bed base. I use to use a 3 inch foam pad on my Stearns and Foster...don't need it on this one

I bought this expecting a medium firm. It so soft I can barely get out of the bed even though my back is hurting so bad I can’t sleep.

The bed dips, and we wake up with back pain a lot of days. Wish we would have gotten a different mattress. Definitely do not buy!!!! It's defective.

Not as firm as we hoped for medium firm but still very comfortable. My husband really likes it. It has helped his hip pain.

I had went through three EXPENSIVE Mattresses before trying one of these, and finnaly am getting a great nights sleep! So very much worth the money and wish I had of done this several years ago. Just ordered another one on King size!

Skeptical at first for a bed in a box but very comfortable and feel a good firmness. Purchased for guest room but tested it out. Slept well and I have major back issues. Would recommend.

Bought it for spare bedroom, so hasn’t been used yet overnight. Feels really great to stretch out on. Expanded just as advertised! Think I’m going to like it.

We are returning this mattress because it is more soft than medium firm. My wife and I both had soreness after sleeping on it and only bought it because it was listed as medium firm. Maybe mattress in a box standards are diffferent,

For the first 6 months or so, this bed was great and so comfortable. However, after having it for about a year and a half I can say that it just does not hold up. The foot of the mattress never fully expanded and it makes the end curl up, the top layer under the zip-top is separating from the other layers. The memory foam is sinking and there are noticeable dips in each side of the bed, while my husband and I are both under the maximum weight limit. It's also no longer as supportive as it was, so it is horrible for back pain. Maybe as a guest bed it would be, something that doesn't get a lot of use, but for your day-to-day use, I do not recommend and seriously regret buying this mattress.
