We had purchased a mattress online and medium was too soft but this medium firm mattress was just right. It’s a great value.

Tried this for a week and it was just too soft for us. Had to return it. No issues with the quality, just not right for us.

This is very soft and not firm at all. You sink in as soon as you lay down. We will be returning. :(

I purchased this mattress for myself in a king size. Best quality, super plush and has satyed in form. Decided to upgrade my childrens mattress, and it is so hard. No memory foam plush feel.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this mattress. It's firm, but not not too firm. It's comfortable and we are both sleeping so much better. The only bad thing is, I hate getting out of bed in the morning because this mattress just feels so good.

I saw this mattress was labeled as medium firm. To me it feels very soft. Your body sinks into it. Does not feel like medium firm. Still a very nice mattress, just softer than I expected.

This mattress is very soft...too soft!! I bought because description said it was a medium-firm. There's no firm or even medium about it. This has to go back!

Don't let the fact that it's not a name brand turn you off. This is a great mattress. Our last mattress was an expensive name brand mattress and was never as comfortable and supportive as this one! Member's Mark hit the MARK with this mattress. The top is soft and cozy but the bottom is super supportive!

Just purchased the mattress a few days ago. We just moved- the new bed frame hasn’t arrived. I have the mattress directly on the floor. This bed is so comfortable even on the floor. Stays cool at night. No odor when we unroll the bed. Very supportive, even for a fluffy person. It doesn’t have the sunken feeling for a traditional foam mattress. So far extremely pleased with my mattress. My teenage daughter wants to now sleep in my bed bc it’s so comfortable!
