Very nice-looking pergola! Assembly was a little tricky, but was accomplished in about six hours. There were a few aspects that we felt could have been better designed to make assembly easier and make the final product look cleaner/neater, but overall we were very happy with how wonderful it makes our patio look!

Have had it for about a month. Put it up in two days; assembled the sides and cross members myself then had help, four of us, stand the sides up in place then fasten the crossmembers with one bolt to keep in place. The next day I permanently fastened the crossmembers, then put the joists and purlins up. Everything fit together very well, accurate holes drilled. Extra fasteners provided are always appreciated as it is easy to drop and lose something. Added fan and propane heater to complete. Very pleased with our purchase.

I bought this over the 2019 Memorial day weekend which included free shipping as part of the special. It was delivered withing 10 business days, in long boxes. Boxes are heavy, need two strong people to lift. I was able to assemble the pergola within four hours. It really adds visual depth to my patio, ties the house in nicely to the yard and provides great shade. I will be adding a canvas piece to the side for additional UV protection but overall I would definitely recommend this product.
