We love, love, love our new Pergola. We are Retired Seniors and took our time for assembly, it is very hot in Texas this time of year ;-) We decided to add an additional coat of Cedar stain prior to assembly and honestly it didn't take much stain as it was nicely finished when received so we could have forgone that step, it was not necessary. Assembly went very well, if something doesn't line up just loosen the hardware and retry, everything should go together well and did. The hardware was very good quality as was the Cedar wood, first class all the way. We recommend you watch several YouTube videos even if it is not your exact model for tips others have found along the build, it helps. We are recommending this as a nice project to do together and have the satisfaction of saying WE built this ;-) Get yours now before the tariffs ;-( Very happy in Texas with our new Pergola.

This pergola is beautiful and assembly went well. The directions were complete and accurate but you need to look at them carefully for the details. It took me alone about 3 hours to assemble the two ends on the ground, and then 4 hours for 3 of us to complete including a couple breaks (it was very hot). We could have done it with two people and one step ladder but it was nice having a third person and 2 step ladders.

This company has been excellent to do business with...very responsive to questions and superior customer support for installation. The Pergola was easy to assemble with clear instructions, and with pieces that were milled and pre-drilled correctly at every step. All of the hardware came with at least one extra piece. The final product looks great. We did quite a bit of research and found that this product offered excellent value for the price. We could not be more pleased with the company and our end-result.

We purchased the 10x14’ cedar stain pergola for our indoor retail area, inside our nursery/landscape supply business. And it’s perfect! I tell everyone who asks where to buy one! The shipping was included and no damage. The holes were predrilled with no issues. We printed the directions, which was easier to read. My husband put the sides together before he needed me to help (stood on ladder and held) a short while. He put it all together by himself on a Sunday afternoon. It’s beautiful and I’m still in awe! It’s perfect for our retail area and goes with our wood/outdoor theme.

I purchased this Pergola as a Mother's Day gift. I had a unique size area where every Pergola was either too big or much too small. After reviewing the online plans, I determined with my basic construction knowledge and tools that I could modify the 10' X 12' Pergola slightly smaller to fit my area. Even without modifications, this Pergola was good quality and easy to install. I would definitely recommend this to other buyers.

We bought the 16x12 Beaumont Pergola for our back patio area and we are so pleased with the ease of construction and the quality of the lumber and hardware used to construct it. Our order was delivered ahead of the estimated time and the staff delivering it were very accommodating and professional. The pergola is built of super sturdy, heavy materials and will be going no where for a very, very long time. It's perfectly beautiful and adds so much charm and character to our backyard. We now have a cozy place to entertain and just relax. We've recommended this product to many of our friends and family already! I promise you won't be disappointed if you purchase this product for yourself.

No wonder this is a best seller. Well made. The posts are solid even though they have cedar panels on the outside and lots of 2x2s inside to make they solid. But you have to use your own judgement in using the manual to fit your own needs. I put up the basic frame first and keep making sure the 4 posts are perfectly straight before the next step. Also, DON'T screw in the 4 braces early, as they suggested in the manual, until the very last step. Because as you take a step to make one post straight, the other posts shift. As careful as I was to make sure I do the braces last, I still had to redo all posts! To lift up the entire structure to secure the post footing with concrete screws is unrealistic because by then the pergola is already too heavy. It is like a table already. Why would you fasten down an 600 lb dining table?

The Pergola was delivered on time and the delivery people were very helpful with placing the boxes in our driveway so we could get to them. The boxes were in good condition and so was the contents. We assembled the pergola and are happy with the results..

We are very happy with this pergola! My husband, who is very handy, was able to assemble the pergola by himself over two days (not sure this would have been the case with a larger structure). Instructions for assembly were clear and well organized. Highly recommend!

I wanted to wait a few weeks before reviewing. Overall it it a very nice. There are a few areas where you notice the difference between this and a much higher priced item. The long strips on the top are very thin (maybe 1” X 1”), and they are actually 2 smaller pieces joined together. It feels short - needs a footer to lift it by 1’ to get the proportions right. Glad I opted for professional installation- 2 guys with all the right tools completed the job in a few hours.
