Delivery was quick and as stated . Set up for assembly was easy and they were able to accommodate us and getting it done before a party we were having . Very happy with services provided and looks great in our backyard.

The pergola arrived intact with everything needed and in good shape. I was amazed at how quickly we could put it together. The pre-drilled holes were all in alignment. Looks great on our patio.

Great quality for the price! One piece was slightly warped, but customer service shipped a replacement piece very quickly. Was able to assemble between just my husband and I . Love this new pergola!

Great engineered product. Each box was packaged very well and there was no damage at all. Take your time, put it together leaving everything fairly loose and once completed tighten and square everything up. Two people completed this in 4-1/2 hours.

Looks fantastic. As a professional carpenter I was able to assemble completely with and apprentice in a leisurely 5 hours. Finish was uniform and all hardware present.

Beautiful pergola in fine red cedar. It is solidly set up on a 20 by 20 patio. It took a couple of days with a second person’s assistance some of the time. We followed recommendation to mount the frame before completing the top.

From the ordering process to delivery and customer service was perfect. The pergola went together with absolutely no problems. My Wife and I are extremely impressed with the look.

Able to put together by myself, took my time. No real problems with parts, and I only had to stop and ponder the instructions a couple times. Finished product looks nice.

Looks good. Went together fairly easy. I do think that the boards that need to face up should have "up" stamped on them just for better awareness. It can be overlooked easily and cause extra work to disassemble and correct.
