Bought this kit and it arrived slightly damaged. Backdoor sent replacement parks very quickly! The unit went together well with only a couple of minor fitment issues.

Shipping was quick, and a broken piece was replaced for free in just a few days. The finished product looks and has really added a new dimension to our backyard patio space.

We were thrilled with the size and quality of this purchase. We paid a handyman to put together. Love everything about it! We have enjoyed being outside so much more. It adds the perfect touch to our deck.

Exactly what i needed for my Orchids and flowers! Good quality product . Easy construction. Better made than the other ones on the market for even more money. i highly recommend the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Pergola 6 months ago, the quality is really good and the Customer Service is excellent.

we bought the Pergola last summer...got it put together in 1 day with the help of our neighbor....added lights and its beautiful! PS. Woodpeckers love cedar...I need replacement parts

This kit is top notch from start to finish. Wood and hardware quality are great. Customer service was extremely helpful and professional when called upon for help.

This pergola is stunning and even better in person! It takes some effort to seal and assemble everything, but it's well worth it. My husband and I did it together in a weekend, with a friend helping a little.

We purchased this to use for hanging orchids. It is an excellent feature to our yard, and we had so many compliments on it. People thought that I made it myself.

The wife and i built this 16 x 12 in a day. No issues to speak of. Easy to understand instructions. Good quality. If you are looking for a pergola, this beats out any menards or home depot branded one.
